【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì)隨著工業(yè)化的發(fā)展，逐漸增加的工傷事故已經(jīng)成為了社會(huì)的一大問(wèn)題為保障工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的順利進(jìn)行，維護(hù)勞動(dòng)者生存的基本權(quán)利，工傷保險(xiǎn)作為一項(xiàng)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)制度應(yīng)運(yùn)而生不論從勞動(dòng)者個(gè)體人權(quán)的角度，還是整個(gè)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的角度，工傷康復(fù)事業(yè)都具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義 本文首先對(duì)工傷康復(fù)制度得以建立的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)介紹，并系統(tǒng)梳理學(xué)習(xí)了國(guó)內(nèi)外在工傷康復(fù)制度發(fā)展過(guò)程中的研究成果，國(guó)外有代表性的康復(fù)模式以及國(guó)內(nèi)試點(diǎn)省市在康復(fù)中心上的具體實(shí)踐結(jié)果，通過(guò)比較研究，借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外康復(fù)工作的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并在此基礎(chǔ)上從康復(fù)需求的角度進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究這不僅有助于豐富和細(xì)化我國(guó)工傷保險(xiǎn)制度理論，也為我國(guó)工傷康復(fù)制度的建設(shè)和發(fā)展提供一定的實(shí)證參考 在本文的主體部分，運(yùn)用個(gè)案訪談問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方法對(duì)山西省臨汾市的工傷職工的康復(fù)狀況及康復(fù)需求進(jìn)行了調(diào)查在系統(tǒng)梳理我國(guó)工傷康復(fù)制度現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展歷程的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合對(duì)國(guó)外有代表性的工傷康復(fù)制度模式的分析學(xué)習(xí)以及其發(fā)展過(guò)程中經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)的概括總結(jié)，以山西省臨汾市的工傷職工為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)對(duì)其接受工傷康復(fù)的狀況和對(duì)各項(xiàng)康復(fù)治療的需求為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)禺a(chǎn)業(yè)行業(yè)特點(diǎn)，，設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷并發(fā)放問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行實(shí)地訪談?wù){(diào)查，希望可以從當(dāng)?shù)芈毠さ目祻?fù)需求視角分析康復(fù)制度的缺失和不足，借用按需分配的理念，建立一種資源分配更為合理的工傷康復(fù)制度
[Abstract]:With the development of industrialization, the increasing number of industrial accidents has become a major social problem in order to ensure the smooth progress of industrialization and safeguard the basic rights of workers to survive. As a social insurance system, industrial injury insurance emerges as the times require, not only from the angle of individual human rights of workers, but also from the angle of the whole social and economic development. The cause of industrial injury rehabilitation has important practical significance. Firstly, this paper summarizes and introduces the theoretical basis of the establishment of industrial injury rehabilitation system, and systematically combs and studies the research results in the process of the development of industrial injury rehabilitation system at home and abroad. The representative rehabilitation models abroad and the concrete practice results of domestic pilot provinces and cities in rehabilitation centers, through comparative study, draw lessons from the relevant experience of rehabilitation work at home and abroad. On this basis, the empirical research from the angle of rehabilitation demand is not only helpful to enrich and refine the theory of industrial injury insurance system in China, but also provides a certain empirical reference for the construction and development of industrial injury rehabilitation system in China. In the main part of this paper, the author makes an investigation on the rehabilitation status and rehabilitation needs of workers in Linfen City of Shanxi Province by using the method of case interview and questionnaire investigation. On the basis of systematically combing the present situation and development course of industrial injury rehabilitation system in our country, Combined with the analysis and study of the representative work injury rehabilitation system in foreign countries and the summary of the experience and lessons in the process of its development, the industrial injury workers in Linfen City of Shanxi Province are taken as the research object. Based on the condition of the rehabilitation of work-related injuries and the demand for rehabilitation treatment, and combining the characteristics of local industries and industries, a questionnaire was designed and sent out to carry out a field interview survey. It is hoped that the deficiency and deficiency of rehabilitation system can be analyzed from the perspective of the rehabilitation needs of local staff and workers, and the idea of distribution according to needs can be used to establish a more reasonable rehabilitation system for work-related injuries.
