【摘要】：隨著農(nóng)民收入的不斷增長與農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會化的快速發(fā)展,以及全國范圍內(nèi)城市化進(jìn)程的加快,農(nóng)村消費者的保障問題日益突出。解決農(nóng)村消費者保障問題,對于推進(jìn)我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,加快社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè),建立和諧社會,維護(hù)社會穩(wěn)定具有十分重要的意義。 國家對農(nóng)業(yè)保險業(yè)的改革發(fā)展作出了一系列的重大決策的改革,推出了一系列開發(fā)舉措,尤其是將“三農(nóng)”保險作為支農(nóng)的農(nóng)業(yè)保險的開發(fā)方式,納入了農(nóng)村社會發(fā)展的支持保護(hù)體系。同時,由于保險市場主體的不斷增加,城市市場競爭更激烈,經(jīng)營成本不斷增加。鑒于以上原因,吉林省保險業(yè)應(yīng)加強的農(nóng)業(yè)保險發(fā)展策略的研究尤其農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場開發(fā)策略的研究,以期在不斷滿足農(nóng)民保險保障需求的進(jìn)程中,大力開拓農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場占據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場的主導(dǎo)地位來實現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展,同時幫助政府從市場角度解決“三農(nóng)”問題和構(gòu)建和諧社會等都具有重要的策略意義。 本文立足吉林省的實際情況,在對該省農(nóng)業(yè)保險的現(xiàn)實推進(jìn)情況,如農(nóng)村居民對保障的認(rèn)知水平、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、以及農(nóng)業(yè)保險發(fā)展的實施和管理等因素進(jìn)行大量實地調(diào)查和深入探討分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場的開發(fā)策略提出建設(shè)性建議。 本文的研究內(nèi)容及結(jié)果如下：第一章主要分析了研究保險業(yè)以及農(nóng)業(yè)保險業(yè)的國內(nèi)外的基本理論；第二章主要分析了市場開發(fā)的基本模式和策略；第三章分析了吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)保險的需求狀況,并分析了各種因素對保險的影響；第四章主要分析了現(xiàn)階段吉林省保險供給的狀況,分析市場細(xì)分與市場定位結(jié)合吉林省保險農(nóng)村市場的特點,進(jìn)行農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場理論分析；第五章是結(jié)論。結(jié)合吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場的需求特點與保險供給現(xiàn)狀,提出吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場開發(fā)策略的基本策略的構(gòu)建。并對可能促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場開發(fā)的策略的研究提出一些建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of farmers' income and the rapid development of rural economic socialization, and the acceleration of urbanization in the whole country, the problem of rural consumer security is becoming more and more prominent to solve the problem of rural consumer security. It is of great significance to promote agricultural modernization, realize the sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas, accelerate the construction of new socialist countryside, establish a harmonious society and maintain social stability. The state has made a series of major policy reforms on the reform and development of the agricultural insurance industry, and has launched a series of development measures, especially regarding the "three rural" insurance as the development method of agricultural insurance supporting agriculture. At the same time, due to the increasing of the main body of the insurance market, the competition in the urban market is more intense, and the operating cost is increasing. In view of the above reasons. Jilin Province insurance industry should strengthen the agricultural insurance development strategy research, especially the agricultural insurance market development strategy research, in order to continuously meet the farmers' insurance security needs in the process. Vigorously develop the agricultural insurance market to occupy the dominant position in the agricultural insurance market to achieve leapfrog development. At the same time, it is of great strategic significance to help the government solve the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers from the market point of view and build a harmonious society. This paper is based on the actual situation of Jilin Province, in the promotion of the actual situation of agricultural insurance in the province, such as the level of cognition of rural residents to security, rural economic development. On the basis of a large number of field investigations and in-depth analysis of factors such as the implementation and management of agricultural insurance development, some constructive suggestions are put forward for the development strategy of agricultural insurance market in Jilin Province. The research contents and results of this paper are as follows: the first chapter mainly analyzes the basic theories of the insurance industry and agricultural insurance industry at home and abroad; The second chapter mainly analyzes the basic model and strategy of market development. The third chapter analyzes the demand of Jilin Province agricultural insurance, and analyzes the impact of various factors on insurance; Chapter 4th mainly analyzes the current situation of insurance supply in Jilin Province, analyzes the market segmentation and market positioning combined with the characteristics of Jilin Province insurance rural market, carries on the agricultural insurance market theory analysis; Chapter 5th is the conclusion. Combined with the demand characteristics of Jilin Province agricultural insurance market and the current situation of insurance supply. This paper puts forward the construction of the basic strategy of agricultural insurance market development in Jilin Province, and puts forward some suggestions for the study of the strategy that may promote the development of agricultural insurance market.
