【摘要】：目的了解大學(xué)生醫(yī)療保險現(xiàn)狀及對現(xiàn)行城鎮(zhèn)居民基本醫(yī)療保險(城居醫(yī)保)政策滿意度,為完善大學(xué)生醫(yī)療保險機制提供實證依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群隨機抽樣方法,選取蕪湖市5所高校3 028名在校大學(xué)生進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果大學(xué)生對城居醫(yī)保的總體了解程度為41.25%,醫(yī)學(xué)生為37.10%,非醫(yī)學(xué)生為43.70%,非醫(yī)學(xué)生高于醫(yī)學(xué)生(χ2=12.696,P0.01);大學(xué)生了解醫(yī)保途徑以"學(xué)校的知識宣講"方式為主(44.57%);大學(xué)生對城居醫(yī)保的總體滿意度為63.04%,醫(yī)學(xué)生(69.13%)高于非醫(yī)學(xué)生(59.45%)(χ2=28.392,P0.01);大學(xué)生對城居醫(yī)保的滿意度各項評價均以一般為主。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,醫(yī)學(xué)院校(OR=0.657,P0.01)、未獲得學(xué)校的貧困補助或助學(xué)貸款(OR=0.745,P0.01)、目前的醫(yī)療保障方式不能滿足需求(OR=0.513,P0.01)是大學(xué)生對城居醫(yī)保滿意度較低的影響因素。結(jié)論大學(xué)生對目前現(xiàn)行城居醫(yī)保的了解程度和滿意度均較低。應(yīng)加大學(xué)校宣傳力度,保證大學(xué)生的知情權(quán),完善制度規(guī)定,提供公平的醫(yī)療保障服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status quo of college students medical insurance and basic medical insurance for urban residents (the city home insurance policy satisfaction), and to provide evidence for the improvement of medical insurance mechanism of college students. Methods by using stratified random sampling method, 5 universities in 3028 college students conducted a questionnaire survey in Wuhu city were selected. The results of College Students' overall level of understanding in the city health insurance is 41.25%, 37.10% for medical students, non medical students was 43.70%, higher than the non medical students medical students (2=12.696, P0.01); medical students understand the way to "school knowledge propaganda" type (44.57%); college students on overall satisfaction was 63.04% in the city health insurance, medical students (69.13%) higher than non medical students (59.45%) (2=28.392, P0.01); college students satisfaction of the evaluation are in general health care city habitat. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that medical colleges (OR=0.657, P0.01), not School poverty subsidies or student loans (OR=0.745, P0.01), the current medical security mode can not meet the needs of (OR=0.513, P0.01) is the students of the city ranks influence factors of medical insurance of low satisfaction. Conclusion the students' understanding of the current city home health care and satisfaction were lower. The school should strengthen propaganda, to ensure students' right to know, improve the system requirements, to provide a fair medical service.
