東遷、自選擇與勞動(dòng)力溢價(jià):“孔雀東南飛”背后的故事

【摘要】:本文借助中國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)遷移調(diào)查(RUMIC,2008)針對(duì)中西部農(nóng)村遷移者的子數(shù)據(jù)集,檢驗(yàn)勞動(dòng)者東遷是否對(duì)應(yīng)更高的勞動(dòng)力溢價(jià)。分析將東遷者視為處置組,將內(nèi)部流動(dòng)者視為參照組,運(yùn)用廣義處置效應(yīng)模型修正東遷與個(gè)體可觀測(cè)特征和未觀測(cè)特征有關(guān)的內(nèi)生性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),考慮可觀測(cè)特征,東遷帶來(lái)較內(nèi)部流動(dòng)約30%的名義薪資升水;考慮未觀測(cè)特征,名義薪資升水超過(guò)50%,薪資升水主要來(lái)自東部更強(qiáng)的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)。此外,東遷者獲得規(guī)范的雇傭關(guān)系與從業(yè)保障,選擇市場(chǎng)渠道擇業(yè)的可能性更高,崗位搜尋成本更低。
[Abstract]:With the help of China Urban and Rural Migration Survey (RUMIC,2008), this paper examines whether workers' eastward migration corresponds to a higher labor premium according to the sub-data set of rural migrants in the central and western regions. In this paper, the eastward migration is regarded as the disposal group, and the internal flow agent is regarded as the reference group. The generalized disposal effect model is used to modify the endogeny related to the observable and unobserved characteristics of the individual. It is found that considering the observable characteristics, the eastward migration brings about 30% of the nominal salary rise compared with the internal flow, while considering the unobserved characteristics, the nominal salary rise is more than 50%, and the salary rise mainly comes from the stronger economies of scale in the east. In addition, the eastward migrants get the standardized employment relationship and employment protection, choose the market channel to choose the job is more likely, the job search cost is lower.
