Job Shop作業(yè)車間多智能配送單元物料配送策略研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)對(duì)小批量、多品種的柔性生產(chǎn)線的青睞,Job Shop作業(yè)車間越來越受到企業(yè)的重視,而物料配送作為車間生產(chǎn)過程中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)自然而然也成為許多專家學(xué)者的研究方向,一個(gè)及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、高效的物料配送方案既能夠保證生產(chǎn)過程的持續(xù)性和穩(wěn)定性,也可以大幅提高生產(chǎn)效率,降低生產(chǎn)成本。針對(duì)當(dāng)前物料配送存在的缺乏有效規(guī)劃、效率低、成本高等問題,本文重點(diǎn)從物料配送策略進(jìn)行研究,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)物料配送的優(yōu)化。本文首先闡述課題的研究背景及意義,并通過物料配送模型與配送系統(tǒng)、實(shí)時(shí)控制方法和配送路徑優(yōu)化三個(gè)方面介紹物料配送研究現(xiàn)狀。然后對(duì)物料配送的概念、特點(diǎn)、目標(biāo)、構(gòu)成因素以及求解方法進(jìn)行闡述。根據(jù)作業(yè)車間時(shí)間窗限制、容量限制等約束條件,建立以最短配送路徑為目標(biāo)的單任務(wù)型物料配送策略模型和多任務(wù)型物料配送策略模型,并設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的LINGO程序和自適應(yīng)遺傳算法對(duì)其進(jìn)行求解,從而得到經(jīng)濟(jì)、實(shí)用的配送方案,對(duì)配送過程起到一定的指導(dǎo)作用。最后通過算例分析驗(yàn)證模型及算法的合理性、有效性。
[Abstract]:With the favor of small batch and multi-variety flexible production line in society, Job Shop workshop has been paid more and more attention by enterprises, and material distribution, as the key link in workshop production process, has naturally become the research direction of many experts and scholars. A timely, accurate and efficient material distribution scheme can not only ensure the continuity and stability of the production process, but also greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost. In order to solve the problems of lack of effective planning, low efficiency and high cost of material distribution, this paper focuses on the research of material distribution strategy, so as to realize the optimization of material distribution. In this paper, the research background and significance of the subject are described, and the research status of material distribution is introduced from three aspects: material distribution model and distribution system, real-time control method and distribution path optimization. Then the concept, characteristics, objectives, constituent factors and solving methods of material distribution are described. According to the constraints such as time window limitation and capacity limitation of job shop, the single task material distribution strategy model and multi task material distribution strategy model aiming at the shortest distribution path are established, and the corresponding LINGO program and adaptive genetic algorithm are designed to solve them, so as to obtain an economical and practical distribution scheme, which plays a certain guiding role in the distribution process. Finally, an example is given to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
