【摘要】："半城鎮(zhèn)化"即是在體制機(jī)制剛性約束和社會(huì)環(huán)境、人力資本積累等柔性約束的共同作用下,農(nóng)民工不能完全融入城市的不徹底的城鎮(zhèn)化狀態(tài),其主要表現(xiàn)為農(nóng)民工經(jīng)濟(jì)利益非市民化、政治權(quán)利失語(yǔ)化、精神生活孤島化、社會(huì)形象污名化。"半城鎮(zhèn)化"的原理是需求無(wú)限性與供給有限性之間的矛盾,從本質(zhì)上看,它是城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、制度供給和人的現(xiàn)代化不相協(xié)調(diào)的必然結(jié)果。"半城鎮(zhèn)化"產(chǎn)生的根本原因是城鄉(xiāng)二元的戶籍制度,客觀原因是城市融入的長(zhǎng)期性,主觀原因是農(nóng)民工人力資本積累不夠,現(xiàn)實(shí)原因是官員片面的政績(jī)觀。
[Abstract]:"semi-urbanization" is that under the combined action of rigid constraints of institutional mechanism and social environment, human capital accumulation and other flexible constraints, migrant workers can not fully integrate into the incomplete urbanization state of the city. It is mainly manifested in the non-citizenization of the economic interests of migrant workers, the aphasia of political rights, the isolation of spiritual life and the stigmatization of social image. " The principle of semi-urbanization is the contradiction between the infinity of demand and the limitation of supply. In essence, it is the inevitable result of the incoordination between urbanization and economic development, institutional supply and human modernization. " The root cause of semi-urbanization is the dual household registration system between urban and rural areas, the objective reason is the long-term nature of urban integration, the subjective reason is the insufficient accumulation of human capital of migrant workers, and the realistic reason is the one-sided political achievement view of officials.
