【摘要】：中國城市化發(fā)展步伐的加快,人們對城市建設(shè)給予了高度關(guān)注,特別是房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)已經(jīng)成為社會(huì)性問題,房地產(chǎn)檔案管理工作也因此發(fā)展起來,其中房地產(chǎn)的權(quán)屬檔案資料越來越多。房地產(chǎn)權(quán)屬檔案由專門的管理部門實(shí)施管理,逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向從法律的層面管理檔案,但是這種管理落實(shí)到實(shí)際工作中,就會(huì)存在一些問題。采取相應(yīng)的檔案管理措施是非常必要的。該論文針對房產(chǎn)權(quán)屬檔案管理中的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行研究。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating pace of urbanization in China, people have paid great attention to urban construction, especially the development of real estate has become a social problem, so the management of real estate archives has also developed. Among them, the real estate ownership files are more and more. The real estate property files are managed by the special management department, and gradually turn to the management files from the legal level. However, there will be some problems in the implementation of this kind of management to the practical work. It is very necessary to take the corresponding measures of archives management. This paper focuses on the related problems in the management of real estate ownership archives.
