B企業(yè)零擔物流配送中心作業(yè)流程優(yōu)化的實證研究

【摘要】:近年來,信息技術(shù)在我國發(fā)展越來越快,尤其在零擔物流業(yè)的應(yīng)用。人們越來越看重物流服務(wù)水平,物流企業(yè)也越來越重視物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量和企業(yè)運營效率。零擔物流作為第三方物流中的一種,發(fā)展空間很大。但行業(yè)內(nèi)部操作較為復(fù)雜混亂,沒有完整的作業(yè)流程操作手冊,在一定程度上限制了物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展,影響了物流運作效率。本文是依據(jù)B企業(yè)零擔物流的產(chǎn)品運作現(xiàn)狀,對產(chǎn)品網(wǎng)絡(luò)中涉及到的四大環(huán)節(jié)進行詳細的研究分析,確定關(guān)鍵影響指標的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。本文針對配送中心的配送時效問題,利用六西格瑪管理理論對其作業(yè)質(zhì)量進行分析優(yōu)化,以及對分析結(jié)果的驗證過程。首先,分析了當前零擔物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,以及作業(yè)流程優(yōu)化的研究現(xiàn)狀。閱讀相關(guān)學者的研究內(nèi)容,提出了本文的重要研究主張和研究內(nèi)容,即針對零擔行業(yè),對已有的作業(yè)流程的質(zhì)量優(yōu)化分析。其次,對B企業(yè)零擔物流四大作業(yè)流程的現(xiàn)狀描述。通過對B企業(yè)作業(yè)流程的現(xiàn)狀研究,收集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),具體分析B企業(yè)存在的作業(yè)流程問題。本文分析的問題主要集中在配送中心的配送時效上。利用六西格管理理論和DMAIC模型分析法,基于歷史數(shù)據(jù),對配送中心的作業(yè)流程進行分析優(yōu)化。通過對關(guān)鍵指標的優(yōu)化提高企業(yè)的配送時效。最后,運用WINTNESS仿真軟件進行結(jié)果驗證,通過設(shè)置不同參數(shù)值,對優(yōu)化前后的作業(yè)改進方案進行仿真比對,分析優(yōu)化前后的仿真結(jié)果,評價前后作業(yè)流程優(yōu)化效益,從而驗證改進方案的有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, information technology is developing more and more rapidly in our country, especially in the application of spare-load logistics industry. People pay more and more attention to the level of logistics service, and logistics enterprises pay more and more attention to the quality of logistics service and the efficiency of enterprise operation. As a kind of third party logistics, part-load logistics has great development space. However, the internal operation of the industry is complicated and confused, and there is no complete manual of the operation flow, which limits the development of the logistics industry to a certain extent and affects the efficiency of the logistics operation. According to the current situation of product operation in B enterprise, this paper makes a detailed study and analysis of the four major links involved in the product network, and determines the key link of the key impact index. Aiming at the distribution limitation problem of distribution center, this paper uses six Sigma management theory to analyze and optimize the operation quality of distribution center and verify the result of the analysis. Firstly, the paper analyzes the current development and trend of the part-load logistics industry, as well as the research status of job flow optimization. Reading the research content of related scholars, this paper puts forward the important research proposition and research content, that is, the quality optimization analysis of the existing work flow for the part load industry. Secondly, the paper describes the current situation of the four parts logistics processes in B enterprise. By studying the present situation of B business process and collecting relevant data, this paper analyzes the problem of B business process. The problems analyzed in this paper mainly focus on the distribution limitation of distribution center. Based on historical data, six sigma management theory and DMAIC model analysis method are used to analyze and optimize the operation flow of distribution center. Through the optimization of the key indicators to improve the enterprise distribution prescription. Finally, WINTNESS simulation software is used to verify the results. By setting different parameter values, the job improvement schemes before and after optimization are simulated and compared, the simulation results before and after optimization are analyzed, and the benefits of job flow optimization before and after optimization are evaluated. In order to verify the effectiveness of the improved scheme.
