【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化的不斷加快,使得城市人口大幅度增加,進(jìn)而對(duì)城市交通提出來(lái)新的要求,但是現(xiàn)有的城市交通又無(wú)法滿足這些要求,就出現(xiàn)了許多問(wèn)題,如交通擁堵、交通污染、交通安全。研究城市綠色交通可以在很大程度上緩解這些交通問(wèn)題,通過(guò)衡量城市的綠色程度,對(duì)城市交通建設(shè)提出有針對(duì)性的建議。本文主要是通過(guò)對(duì)影響城市綠色交通的各種因素進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而建立一套城市交通綠色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并運(yùn)用灰色模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法建立了城市綠色交通評(píng)價(jià)模型,最后,通過(guò)把該指標(biāo)體系應(yīng)用于北京市城市綠色交通研究,驗(yàn)證模型的可行性。首先,本文對(duì)城市綠色交通理論進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析,詳細(xì)介紹了構(gòu)建城市綠色交通評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的理論基礎(chǔ),并細(xì)致的對(duì)其特征、本質(zhì)以及研究目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了概括,在此基礎(chǔ)上確定了本文關(guān)于綠色交通評(píng)價(jià)需要研究的主要內(nèi)容。其次,對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行了概述,系統(tǒng)的分析了面對(duì)復(fù)雜對(duì)象的多指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法和灰色模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。再次,對(duì)城市綠色交通評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的原則進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,指出城市綠色交通評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系所具備的特點(diǎn)。在詳細(xì)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系后,本文采用層次分析法,從交通安全、交通功能、環(huán)境影響三個(gè)方面入手,選擇指標(biāo)建立了一套新的城市綠色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,同時(shí)在文中詳細(xì)的闡述了所選指標(biāo)的定義。最后,應(yīng)用了本文確立的城市綠色交通評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和灰色模糊綜合評(píng)判模型,對(duì)北京市綠色交通發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果也驗(yàn)證了該評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系是可操作的、有效的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's social economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the urban population has been greatly increased, thus putting forward new requirements for urban traffic, but the existing urban traffic can not meet these requirements. There are many problems, such as traffic congestion, traffic pollution, traffic safety. The study of urban green traffic can alleviate these traffic problems to a great extent, and put forward some suggestions on urban traffic construction by measuring the city's green degree. In this paper, through the analysis of various factors affecting the urban green traffic, a set of urban traffic green evaluation index system is established, and the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the urban green traffic evaluation model. The feasibility of the model is verified by applying the index system to the study of urban green traffic in Beijing. First of all, this paper has carried on the correlation analysis to the urban green transportation theory, has introduced in detail the theory foundation which constructs the city green traffic appraisal index system, and has carried on the summary to its characteristic, the essence and the research goal in detail. On this basis, the main contents of this paper about the green traffic evaluation need to be studied. Secondly, the evaluation method is summarized, the multi-index evaluation method facing complex objects is systematically analyzed, and the grey relational degree analysis method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are introduced in detail. Thirdly, the principle of urban green traffic evaluation index system is analyzed systematically, and the characteristics of urban green traffic evaluation index system are pointed out. After the detailed analysis of the existing evaluation index system at home and abroad, this paper adopts the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish a new urban green evaluation index system from three aspects of traffic safety, traffic function and environmental impact. At the same time, the definition of the selected index is described in detail in this paper. Finally, the evaluation index system of urban green traffic and the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are used to evaluate the development of green traffic in Beijing. The evaluation results also verify that the evaluation index system is operational and effective.
