【摘要】：加強市場監(jiān)管是現(xiàn)代政府的基本職能之一。推動市場監(jiān)管體制改革是政府職能轉變和政府與市場關系更加符合社會主義市場經濟規(guī)律的內在要求,這需要建立完善的市場監(jiān)管體系、健全的市場監(jiān)管流程、規(guī)范的市場監(jiān)管模式。從浦東市場監(jiān)管體制改革實踐看,其體現(xiàn)了"新、合、減、優(yōu)"的特色和亮點,產生了顯著的改革效應和明顯的社會影響。"問題導向""群眾受益""綜專結合""職能轉變"是浦東市場監(jiān)管體制改革實踐取得明顯成效的支撐和保障,可為其他地區(qū)改革提供參考借鑒。
