【摘要】：調(diào)整退休年齡是關(guān)乎勞動者退休權(quán)益的政策改革,需要深入了解勞動者的退休意愿與影響因素。本文基于我國十省市的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),以機關(guān)事業(yè)單位人員為研究對象,應(yīng)用多元Logistic回歸模型對機關(guān)事業(yè)單位人員的退休意愿及其影響因素進行分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)在調(diào)查樣本中,退休意愿為按時退休、提前退休和延遲退休的比例分別為57.4%、36.6%和6.1%;(2)在個人特征方面,人力資本水平較低(年齡越小、健康越差、學(xué)歷越低)的機關(guān)事業(yè)單位人員傾向于提前退休,碩士及以上學(xué)歷人群延遲退休意愿較強;(3)在家庭因素方面,家庭中獨立收入來源人數(shù)越少的更傾向于提前退休,家庭獨立收入來源人數(shù)較多的延遲退休意愿較強;(4)在工作因素方面,具有縣處級職級和中級職稱人員更傾向于延遲退休,而對工作不滿意或評價為一般的人員更傾向于提前退休;(5)在養(yǎng)老及政策因素方面,選擇機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的人員延遲退休意愿較強,了解單位現(xiàn)行退休政策的人員延遲退休意愿較弱。
[Abstract]:Adjusting retirement age is a policy reform related to workers' retirement rights and interests. Based on the investigation data of ten provinces and cities in China, this paper analyzes the retirement intention and its influencing factors of the staff of the government and institutions by using the multivariate Logistic regression model. The results showed that: (1) in the survey sample, the retirement intention was to retire on time, the proportion of early retirement and late retirement were 57.4% and 6.1% respectively; (2) in the aspect of personal characteristics, the lower the level of human capital (the younger the age, the worse the health, the lower the educational background), the staff of the government institutions tend to retire early, and the people with master's degree or above have a stronger desire to delay retirement; (3) in terms of family factors, the smaller the number of independent income sources in the family is more inclined to retire early, and the more the number of independent income sources in the family is more willing to delay retirement; (4) in the aspect of work factors, people with county level and intermediate title are more inclined to delay retirement, while those who are dissatisfied with their work or generally evaluated are more inclined to retire early; (5) in terms of pension and policy factors, those who choose institutional pension have a stronger desire to delay retirement, and those who know the current retirement policy of units have a weaker desire to delay retirement.
