基于客戶價值分析的G物流園區(qū)盈利模式研究
[Abstract]:With the economic development of our country entering the "new normal", the total amount of logistics parks in China has risen rapidly in a few short years, with an average investment of about 2.01 billion. However, it can really attract relevant customers in the supply chain to gather and achieve logistics resource sharing. There are not many integrated logistics parks with minimized logistics cost and maximized logistics profit level. The vacancy rate of the national logistics parks is 60% which lags far behind the development of Germany and Japan. If companies reduce customer turnover by 5%, profits could increase by 25%, according to Erie. In the competition of modern enterprises, including logistics parks, customer value is gradually discovered and excavated, becoming the inexhaustible source of scarce resources and enterprise profits, and becoming the focus of competition. However, not all customers can bring benefits to the park. How to efficiently analyze customer value and maximize customer value becomes the goal of the park. Therefore, with the help of customer value analysis, combined with its own profit development status, explore innovative profit model, It has important theoretical and practical guiding significance for the comprehensive logistics park which is facing the transformation and upgrading at the present stage. Although G logistics park is a provincial key support project, its profit model is still relatively single. The management of the park is still in the construction of infrastructure, rental warehouse and factory building to a large extent, lack of relatively new business, insufficient concept of transformation, and other traditional comprehensive logistics park is not much different. Therefore, it is necessary to find out as soon as possible the reasons for the problems in the profit mode of G logistics park, and to design a profit model suitable for the development of G logistics park by analyzing the value of the customers. For other similar integrated logistics park profit model innovation direction. When studying the profit model of logistics park, this paper applies the theory related to the development of profit of logistics park, through the analysis of customer value of logistics park, analyzes the profit status and existing problems of G logistics park. To find out the causes of the existing profit problems in G logistics park, and select the customer value index that affects the profit of the park, analyze the customer value, classify the customer type, explore the innovation of the profit model of logistics park, improve the profitability of logistics park.
