【摘要】：城市規(guī)模等級結(jié)構(gòu)反映了城市發(fā)育的基本特征,是全國城鎮(zhèn)體系規(guī)劃編制的基礎工作。傳統(tǒng)研究多采用戶籍城區(qū)非農(nóng)業(yè)人口數(shù)據(jù),忽視人口流動,存在統(tǒng)計偏差。普查數(shù)據(jù)中城區(qū)人口的統(tǒng)計口徑接近城市實體概念,應成為今后判斷城市人口規(guī)模的主要指標。基于統(tǒng)計口徑校正后的第五次、第六次人口普查城區(qū)人口數(shù)據(jù),運用集中度和貢獻率分析了2000-2010年我國城市規(guī)模等級結(jié)構(gòu)和空間分布的演變規(guī)律。研究表明:大中小城市人口規(guī)模變化不協(xié)調(diào),大城市數(shù)量少,但規(guī)模比重大、增速快、增長貢獻率高,中小城市數(shù)量眾多,但規(guī)模比重小、增速相對緩慢、貢獻率較低,提高中小城市的人口吸納能力應當成為今后城市化發(fā)展的重要方向;城市規(guī)模等級變化活躍,晉級、晉檔城市的城市建設跟進和降檔城市的人口收縮問題應當?shù)玫疥P(guān)注;分省尺度下城市規(guī)模等級結(jié)構(gòu)存在明顯的空間差異,東部省份城市規(guī)模提升速度明顯高于中西部省份,城市政策制定應考慮不同類型省份的城市規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)特點。
[Abstract]:The grade structure of urban scale reflects the basic characteristics of urban development and is the basic work of urban system planning in China. The traditional research mostly uses the non-agricultural population data of the registered residence area, neglects the population flow, and has the statistical deviation. The statistical caliber of urban population in census data is close to the concept of urban entity, which should be the main index to judge the scale of urban population in the future. Based on the urban population data of the fifth and sixth census after the correction of statistical caliber, this paper analyzes the evolution law of urban scale grade structure and spatial distribution in China from 2000 to 2010 by using concentration and contribution rate. The results show that the population scale of large, medium and small cities is not harmonious, the number of big cities is small, but the scale proportion is large, the growth rate is fast, the growth contribution rate is high, the number of small and medium-sized cities is numerous, but the scale proportion is small, the growth rate is relatively slow, and the contribution rate is relatively low. Improving the capacity of population absorption in small and medium-sized cities should be an important direction of urbanization in the future. The city scale grade change is active, the promotion, the city construction follow-up and the reduced city population contraction question should be paid attention to; There are obvious spatial differences in urban scale grade structure on the scale of provinces, and the speed of urban scale upgrading in eastern provinces is obviously higher than that in central and western provinces. Urban policy formulation should take into account the characteristics of urban scale structure of different types of provinces.
