【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的國際貿(mào)易研究主要從國家層面和行業(yè)層面分析進(jìn)口貿(mào)易對進(jìn)口國勞動(dòng)力市場的影響,隨著微觀企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)以及微觀個(gè)體勞動(dòng)者數(shù)據(jù)不斷出現(xiàn),關(guān)于進(jìn)口貿(mào)易與勞動(dòng)力市場的研究更加細(xì)化。進(jìn)口貿(mào)易對當(dāng)?shù)貏趧?dòng)力市場調(diào)整的動(dòng)態(tài)變化過程表現(xiàn)為:進(jìn)口貿(mào)易會(huì)對進(jìn)口國國內(nèi)企業(yè)造成沖擊,帶來短期失業(yè),在此背景下,勞動(dòng)力將面臨跨行業(yè)或跨地區(qū)流動(dòng),但是對不同技能水平、不同性別勞動(dòng)者的影響具有差異性;進(jìn)口沖擊導(dǎo)致的勞動(dòng)力市場調(diào)整會(huì)影響勞動(dòng)者的教育投資決策。結(jié)合中國的現(xiàn)實(shí),測度進(jìn)口貿(mào)易導(dǎo)致的勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)規(guī)模、測度勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)成本、利用企業(yè)層面的雇員數(shù)據(jù)測度進(jìn)口貿(mào)易對企業(yè)就業(yè)和工資的影響等都是需要進(jìn)一步探究的問題。
[Abstract]:Traditional international trade studies mainly analyze the impact of import trade on the labor market of importing countries at the national and industry levels. With the emergence of micro-enterprise data and micro-individual labor data, The research on import trade and labor market is more detailed. The dynamic process of import trade on the adjustment of local labor market is as follows: import trade will impact domestic enterprises of importing country and bring short-term unemployment. In this context, labor force will face cross-industry or cross-regional mobility. However, for different skill levels, the influence of different gender workers is different; the labor market adjustment caused by import impact will affect the educational investment decisions of workers. Combined with the reality of China, it is necessary to further explore such problems as measuring the scale of labor flow caused by import trade, measuring labor flow cost, and using employee data at enterprise level to measure the impact of import trade on the employment and wages of enterprises.
