基于改進(jìn)熵權(quán)法的第三方物流企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇,對(duì)于企業(yè)發(fā)展來(lái)說(shuō),提高企業(yè)自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,降低企業(yè)綜合成本,提升企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益成為重中之重。在這一過(guò)程中,大多數(shù)企業(yè)傾向于把自身非核心產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)交于更加專業(yè)的外包公司,進(jìn)而集中企業(yè)主要資源和力量發(fā)展企業(yè)自身核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力而物流行業(yè)作為21世紀(jì)最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ男袠I(yè)之一,在外包業(yè)務(wù)上更為普遍。針對(duì)目前經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài),以從事簡(jiǎn)單運(yùn)輸、配送、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)等服務(wù)為主的傳統(tǒng)物流企業(yè)已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要,以為客戶提供綜合服務(wù)以及專業(yè)化服務(wù)為導(dǎo)向的第三方物流企業(yè)在這樣的大環(huán)境得到了迅速發(fā)展。第三方物流企業(yè)要想在當(dāng)今物流市場(chǎng)中保持長(zhǎng)久、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,務(wù)必要對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析。在很大程度上,物流企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的強(qiáng)弱直接影響到該企業(yè)的物流市場(chǎng)地位,企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力越強(qiáng),越能在市場(chǎng)中占據(jù)有利位置。企業(yè)必須對(duì)自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行正確的評(píng)價(jià)和分析,并且充分認(rèn)識(shí)到影響企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的諸多因素,最后按照評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果采用具體的措施和方法增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和第三方物流發(fā)展趨勢(shì),從第三方物流的內(nèi)涵和相關(guān)理論以及第三方物流企業(yè)的界定出發(fā),從這幾個(gè)方面分析第三方物流的發(fā)展。然后從企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的概念和相關(guān)理論入手,引出第三方物流企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。通過(guò)分析影響第三方物流企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力相關(guān)因素,總結(jié)出包括競(jìng)爭(zhēng)硬實(shí)力、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)軟實(shí)力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)潛力三個(gè)方面的第三方物流企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。結(jié)合第三方物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,選取德邦物流、天地華宇和中郵物流公司三家第三方物流企業(yè)為樣本,通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、專家打分等方式來(lái)收集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。對(duì)傳統(tǒng)熵權(quán)法進(jìn)行介紹,對(duì)熵權(quán)法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),采用改進(jìn)的熵權(quán)法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理與分析,借助理論與實(shí)際、定性與定量的分析方法,對(duì)該企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析與評(píng)價(jià)。通過(guò)分析三個(gè)不同類型的第三方物流企業(yè)的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,結(jié)合企業(yè)自身實(shí)際情況,最后提出發(fā)展我國(guó)第三方物流企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:As the global economic competition intensifies day by day, for the enterprise development, it becomes the most important thing to improve the enterprise's own competitiveness, reduce the enterprise's comprehensive cost, and enhance the enterprise's economic benefit. In the process, most companies tend to shift their non-core industries to more specialized outsourcing companies. The logistics industry, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, is more common in outsourcing business. In view of the current state of economic development, the traditional logistics enterprises, which are mainly engaged in simple transportation, distribution, warehousing and other services, are far from meeting the needs of the current economic development. Third-party logistics enterprises which provide comprehensive services and specialized services to customers have developed rapidly in this environment. If the third party logistics enterprises want to maintain a long and stable development in the current logistics market, it is necessary to analyze the core competitiveness of the enterprises. To a large extent, the strength of the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises directly affects the logistics market position of the enterprises, the stronger the core competitiveness of enterprises, the more able to occupy a favorable position in the market. Enterprises must evaluate and analyze their core competence correctly, and fully realize the factors that affect the core competence of enterprises. Finally, according to the evaluation results, concrete measures and methods are adopted to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises. Combined with the economic globalization and the development trend of the third party logistics, this paper analyzes the development of the third party logistics from these aspects, starting from the connotation and related theory of the third party logistics and the definition of the third party logistics enterprise. Then, from the concept of core competence and related theories, the third party logistics enterprises core competitiveness. By analyzing the related factors affecting the core competence of the third party logistics enterprises, the comprehensive evaluation model of the core competence of the third party logistics enterprises is summarized, which includes three aspects: the hard power, the soft power and the potential of competition. Combined with the development of the third party logistics enterprises, three third party logistics enterprises, such as Dobang Logistics, Tiandi Huayu and China Post Logistics Company, are selected as samples to collect relevant data by questionnaire, experts scoring and so on. The traditional entropy weight method is introduced, the entropy weight method is improved, the data is sorted and analyzed by the improved entropy weight method, and the core competence of the enterprise is analyzed and evaluated with the aid of theoretical and practical, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. By analyzing the evaluation results of three different types of third-party logistics enterprises and combining with the actual situation of the enterprises, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions for the development of the core competitiveness of the third party logistics enterprises in China.
