【摘要】：當(dāng)前,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形勢復(fù)雜嚴(yán)峻,并且發(fā)達(dá)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展減速明顯,而發(fā)展中國家經(jīng)濟(jì)增速有所上升,我國工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)總體發(fā)展趨勢為“緩中趨穩(wěn)、有限復(fù)蘇”,停車場行業(yè)由于近幾年機(jī)動(dòng)車保有量的迅速增加而得到了較快的發(fā)展,同時(shí)也帶來了停車場行業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)量的急劇增加,使得行業(yè)內(nèi)的競爭日益激烈。安泊客公司面對當(dāng)前激烈的競爭形勢,急需提高公司的績效管理水平,從而增強(qiáng)公司的競爭實(shí)力,保障公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文在研究總結(jié)國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢及國內(nèi)停車場管理行業(yè)環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)下,以績效管理相關(guān)理論和平衡計(jì)分卡理論為理論基礎(chǔ),借鑒國內(nèi)平衡計(jì)分卡實(shí)踐應(yīng)用的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),通過分析安泊客公司現(xiàn)行績效管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,闡明了平衡計(jì)分卡在安泊客公司績效管理中實(shí)施必要性和可行性。并且對公司的財(cái)務(wù)、客戶、內(nèi)部流程以及學(xué)習(xí)與成長四個(gè)維度之間的因果關(guān)系及驅(qū)動(dòng)公司戰(zhàn)略的具體因素進(jìn)行了深入分析,繪制了以公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向各層級的平衡計(jì)分卡,進(jìn)而探討了基于平衡計(jì)分卡的績效考核結(jié)果的應(yīng)用;從而實(shí)現(xiàn)平衡計(jì)分卡在安泊客公司績效管理中的應(yīng)用,并通過相應(yīng)的實(shí)施保障措施以期確保平衡計(jì)分卡在績效管理中成功應(yīng)用實(shí)施,從而大幅提升公司績效管理水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)公司長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展平衡計(jì)分卡作為一種績效管理工具在國內(nèi)外很多行業(yè)中都得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,并且取得了非常不錯(cuò)的效果。本文通過對平衡計(jì)分卡的安泊客公司績效管理中的應(yīng)用研究,旨在為通過平衡計(jì)分卡在安泊客公司績效管理中的應(yīng)用實(shí)施促進(jìn)員工和公司的績效水平,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)公司長期發(fā)展。同時(shí),通過此應(yīng)用研究也希望為停車場行業(yè)的其他企業(yè)的績效管理提供借鑒和參考,進(jìn)而發(fā)展和完善平衡計(jì)分卡在停車場行業(yè)績效管理中的研究,通過實(shí)踐應(yīng)用從而推動(dòng)平衡計(jì)分卡績效管理理論的進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:At present, the global economic development situation is complex and severe, and the economic development of the developed countries is slowing down obviously, while the economic growth rate of the developing countries has increased. The overall trend of the industrial economy of our country is "slow and moderate stabilization and limited recovery." The car park industry has been developed rapidly because of the rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles in recent years. At the same time, it has also brought about a sharp increase in the number of enterprises in the car park industry, which makes the competition in the industry increasingly fierce. Facing the current fierce competition situation, Amberke Company urgently needs to improve the performance management level of the company, so as to strengthen the competitive strength of the company and ensure the sustainable development of the company. Based on the research of domestic and foreign economic situation and domestic parking management industry environment, based on the theory of performance management and balanced Scorecard, this paper draws lessons from the relevant literature of domestic balanced Scorecard practice. By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the performance management of Amberger Company, the necessity and feasibility of implementing the balanced Scorecard in the performance management of Amberke Company are expounded. It also analyzes the causality between the four dimensions of corporate finance, customer, internal process, learning and growth, and the specific factors that drive the company strategy, and draws the balanced scorecard, which is oriented by the company's strategic objectives at all levels. Then it discusses the application of the performance appraisal result based on the balanced scorecard, and realizes the application of the balanced scorecard in the performance management of Amberke Company. And through the corresponding implementation safeguard measures to ensure that the balanced Scorecard is successfully applied in the performance management, thus greatly improve the performance management level of the company. As a performance management tool, the balanced Scorecard has been widely used in many industries at home and abroad, and has achieved very good results. Through the research on the application of balanced scorecard in the performance management of Amberke Company, the purpose of this paper is to promote the performance level of the staff and the company through the application of the balanced Scorecard in the performance management of Amberke Company, and then to promote the long-term development of the company. At the same time, through this applied research, I hope to provide reference and reference for the performance management of other enterprises in parking industry, and then develop and perfect the research of balanced Scorecard in the performance management of parking industry. Through the practical application to promote the balanced Scorecard performance management theory progress.
