【摘要】：針對地市級食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)測管理體系現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,探索其深化發(fā)展的思路。目前,地市級食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)測工作的政府主導(dǎo)作用有待加強(qiáng),針對地域特點(diǎn)的主動(dòng)監(jiān)測有待提高,地域性食物消費(fèi)量參數(shù)急需儲(chǔ)備,信息共享互通不暢,檢驗(yàn)檢測能力有待提升。建議強(qiáng)化政府主導(dǎo)作用,促進(jìn)監(jiān)測和監(jiān)督聯(lián)動(dòng),加快風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息共享平臺(tái)建設(shè),提升檢驗(yàn)檢測能力,注重監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的利用發(fā)揮監(jiān)測作用。結(jié)合地級市自身實(shí)際情況,開展地域性食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)測工作基礎(chǔ)理論以及體系建設(shè),對于推動(dòng)地域食品安全城市建設(shè)有巨大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In view of the present situation and existing problems of food safety risk monitoring and management system in prefectural and municipal level, this paper explores the way of deepening its development. At present, the government's leading role in food safety risk monitoring at the local level needs to be strengthened, the active monitoring of regional characteristics needs to be improved, the regional food consumption parameters are in urgent need of storage, and the information sharing is difficult to share. Testing ability needs to be improved. It is suggested to strengthen the leading role of the government, to promote the linkage of monitoring and supervision, to accelerate the construction of risk information sharing platform, to enhance the ability of inspection and detection, and to pay attention to the use of monitoring data to play a monitoring role. Combining with the actual situation of prefecture-level cities, it is of great practical significance to carry out the basic theory and system construction of regional food safety risk monitoring for promoting the construction of regional food safety cities.
