【摘要】：中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)就是社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),是在社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段、以人民為中心、有資本參與、按照市場(chǎng)機(jī)制運(yùn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì),也是由政府和私人資本共同主導(dǎo)的雙導(dǎo)型經(jīng)濟(jì),必須做到社會(huì)主義基本制度與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)有機(jī)結(jié)合。中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義基本制度與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)有機(jī)結(jié)合,需要用勞動(dòng)力生產(chǎn)耗費(fèi)補(bǔ)償來(lái)解決勞動(dòng)力作為商品并進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)之后剩余價(jià)值完全受制于資本主義占有方式的矛盾。社會(huì)主義應(yīng)借鑒資本主義的做法,通過(guò)建立使勞動(dòng)者或人民大眾生存和發(fā)展得到保障的制度,在勞動(dòng)力生產(chǎn)耗費(fèi)補(bǔ)償基礎(chǔ)上解決社會(huì)主義與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的結(jié)合問題,以此來(lái)確保社會(huì)主義要保障社會(huì)成員生存和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性功能永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)被資本收益最大化的因素改變。
[Abstract]:The socialist economy with Chinese characteristics is the socialist market economy. It is an economy with the people as the center, capital participation and operation in accordance with the market mechanism at the primary stage of socialism. It is also a dual-guided economy led by both government and private capital, so it is necessary to combine the socialist basic system with the market economy organically. The basic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics combines organically with market economy, so it is necessary to solve the contradiction that the surplus value of labor force as a commodity and entering the market is completely restricted by the way of capitalist possession. Socialism should draw lessons from the capitalist approach and solve the problem of the integration of socialism and market economy on the basis of compensation for labor production costs by establishing a system to ensure the survival and development of laborers or the masses of the people. In order to ensure that the basic function of socialism to ensure the survival and development of social members will never be changed by the factors of maximization of capital income.
