【摘要】：從集聚的兩面性切入"首都城市病"問題,反思疏解集聚的必要性。在回顧城市發(fā)展史和總結(jié)"新都市主義"理論體系的基礎上,認為疏解北京非首都功能應先搞清北京集聚背后的功能因素。通過國際橫向?qū)Ρ群蛧鴥?nèi)縱向?qū)Ρ劝l(fā)現(xiàn),北京存在核心首都功能不強,發(fā)展不夠緊湊;非核心首都功能和非首都功能冗余,城市增長出現(xiàn)低效率化。因此,將"新都市主義"理論中國化,提出北京未來的疏解思路:TOD模式中國化。
[Abstract]:From the two sides of agglomeration into the "capital city disease" problem, reflect on the necessity of agglomeration. On the basis of reviewing the history of urban development and summing up the theoretical system of "new urbanism", it is considered that it is necessary to understand the functional factors behind Beijing's agglomeration in order to solve the non-capital functions of Beijing. It is found that the core capital function is not strong, the development is not compact enough, the non-core capital function and non-capital function are redundant, and the urban growth is inefficient. Therefore, the "new urbanism" theory in China, put forward the future of Beijing's understanding of the mode of understanding of China.
