【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化率的提升是否會(huì)加劇霧霾污染?在當(dāng)前國(guó)家大力推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的背景下,對(duì)于該問(wèn)題的科學(xué)解答顯得尤為必要。利用空氣質(zhì)量指數(shù)(AQI)對(duì)霧霾污染進(jìn)行測(cè)度,構(gòu)建空間聯(lián)立方程研究,城鎮(zhèn)化率和霧霾污染的交互關(guān)系及其空間效應(yīng),采用廣義空間三階段最小二乘法(GS3SLS)進(jìn)行整體估計(jì),結(jié)果表明,城鎮(zhèn)化率的提升對(duì)霧霾污染有顯著的負(fù)向影響,霧霾污染對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化率的提升具有顯著的抑制作用,二者皆存在顯著的空間溢出效應(yīng),周邊地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)化率和霧霾污染對(duì)本地區(qū)會(huì)產(chǎn)生負(fù)向影響。分組研究進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了隨著城鎮(zhèn)化率的提升霧霾污染逐步減輕這一結(jié)論,組2(城鎮(zhèn)化率≥60.8%)的估計(jì)結(jié)果明顯比組1(城鎮(zhèn)化率60.8%)要顯著,揭示了城鎮(zhèn)化率的提升對(duì)霧霾污染呈負(fù)向影響這一趨勢(shì)隨著城鎮(zhèn)化率的提高而愈發(fā)顯著。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著城鎮(zhèn)化率的提升,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和霧霾污染之間存在"N型曲線(xiàn)"關(guān)系,這對(duì)當(dāng)前城鎮(zhèn)化率較高的地區(qū)是一個(gè)警示。
[Abstract]:Will the increase of urbanization rate aggravate haze pollution? Under the background of promoting the construction of new-type urbanization, the scientific solution to this question is particularly necessary. The air quality index (AQI) is used to measure the haze pollution, the spatial simultaneous equation is constructed, the interaction between urbanization rate and haze pollution and its spatial effect are studied, and the generalized spatial three-stage least square method is used to estimate the whole. The results showed that the increase of urbanization rate had a significant negative effect on haze pollution, haze pollution had a significant inhibitory effect on urbanization rate, and both of them had significant spatial spillover effects. The urbanization rate and haze pollution in the surrounding areas will have a negative impact on the region.
