【摘要】：新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)對(duì)勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移的假設(shè)突破傳統(tǒng)勞動(dòng)力理論模型中的內(nèi)生性與規(guī)模報(bào)酬遞增等問(wèn)題,對(duì)勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移機(jī)制的研究提供了一個(gè)很有解釋力的框架。文章通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外大量文獻(xiàn)的檢索分析,重點(diǎn)梳理了新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)中的本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)、知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng)、生活成本效應(yīng)對(duì)勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移機(jī)制的影響。國(guó)外理論模型和實(shí)證研究表明,勞動(dòng)力向城市特別是大城市不斷集聚的機(jī)制在于城市集聚所帶來(lái)的外部性效應(yīng)。國(guó)內(nèi)未來(lái)研究應(yīng)當(dāng)采用更加微觀的數(shù)據(jù),從小范圍的空間尺度,關(guān)注異質(zhì)性勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移機(jī)制等方面來(lái)繼續(xù)深化研究。
[Abstract]:The hypothesis of labor force transfer in neo-economic geography breaks through the problems of endogeneity and scale increase in the traditional labor force theory model and provides a very explanatory framework for the study of labor force transfer mechanism. Based on the retrieval and analysis of a large number of literatures at home and abroad, this paper focuses on the influence of the local market effect, knowledge spillover effect and cost of living effect on the labor transfer mechanism in the new economic geography. Foreign theoretical models and empirical studies show that the mechanism of the continuous agglomeration of labor force to cities, especially to large cities, lies in the externality effect brought by urban agglomeration. The future research in China should adopt more microscopic data and continue to deepen the research from the small scale of spatial scale and pay attention to the heterogeneous labor force transfer mechanism and so on.
