【摘要】：跨區(qū)務(wù)工是農(nóng)民工勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)的普遍現(xiàn)象。本文利用中國(guó)家庭收入調(diào)查(CHIP)2013年農(nóng)村—城鎮(zhèn)流動(dòng)人口數(shù)據(jù),估計(jì)了務(wù)工距離對(duì)農(nóng)民工就業(yè)質(zhì)量的影響,并檢驗(yàn)了務(wù)工距離與個(gè)體特征變量間的交互效應(yīng)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),務(wù)工距離與農(nóng)民工就業(yè)質(zhì)量之間存在著"正U型"曲線關(guān)系,務(wù)工在本縣范圍內(nèi),務(wù)工距離增加會(huì)引起就業(yè)質(zhì)量下降,引起工資水平上升、工作時(shí)間縮減,并無(wú)益于就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性增強(qiáng)及工作福利獲取;務(wù)工一旦超出本縣,務(wù)工距離的加大將有助于就業(yè)質(zhì)量的提升。本文進(jìn)一步分析發(fā)現(xiàn),個(gè)體特征變量與務(wù)工距離之間的交互效應(yīng)并不突出,表明農(nóng)民工的家庭形態(tài)差異及居住地異質(zhì)性在背后發(fā)揮更為重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Cross district work is a common phenomenon in the labor market of migrant workers. Using the data of rural and urban floating population in China's household income survey (CHIP) in 2013, this paper estimates the effect of working distance on the quality of employment of migrant workers, and tests the interaction between migrant workers' distance and individual characteristic variables. The study finds that the distance between migrant workers and migrant workers is the same as the migrant workers. There is a "positive U" curve relationship between the quality of the industry. Working in the county, the increase of work distance will cause the decline in the quality of employment, the rise of the wage level, the reduction of working hours, and the improvement of employment stability and the gain of work and welfare. Once the work exceeds this county, the addition of the work distance will contribute to the improvement of the quality of employment. The further analysis shows that the interaction effect between the individual characteristic variables and the work distance is not prominent, which indicates that the family form difference and the residence heterogeneity of the migrant workers play a more important role in the back.
