市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)“市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”戰(zhàn)略的影響研究

【摘要】:弄清市場(chǎng)因素對(duì)"市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)"戰(zhàn)略的影響機(jī)制是利用"市場(chǎng)"來(lái)設(shè)置博弈條件,提高該戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施效果的重要前提和基礎(chǔ)。本文首先基于知識(shí)共享視角,根據(jù)理性行為理論,提出市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)結(jié)構(gòu)影響"市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)"戰(zhàn)略的邏輯框架。其次構(gòu)建知識(shí)共享博弈三階段模型,利用最優(yōu)化方法,分別分析初始市場(chǎng)需求量、市場(chǎng)份額比例、市場(chǎng)需求增量這三個(gè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)結(jié)構(gòu)要素對(duì)"市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)"戰(zhàn)略的影響。最后,理論結(jié)果表明:(1)"市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)"戰(zhàn)略在滿足一定的條件下是可行的;(2)初始市場(chǎng)需求大小對(duì)"市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)"戰(zhàn)略的影響呈倒"U"型;(3)市場(chǎng)份額大小對(duì)技術(shù)輸出方和引入方都具有很強(qiáng)吸引力,提高了"市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)"戰(zhàn)略的可行性;(4)市場(chǎng)需求增量提升會(huì)提高"市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)"戰(zhàn)略對(duì)技術(shù)輸出方的吸引力和實(shí)施的可行性,但卻會(huì)弱化技術(shù)引入方的吸引力和實(shí)施可行性。
[Abstract]:To make clear the influence mechanism of market factors on the strategy of "market for technology" is the important premise and foundation of using "market" to set up the game conditions and to improve the effect of the strategy. Based on the theory of rational behavior and the perspective of knowledge sharing, this paper proposes the logical framework of market competition structure which influences the strategy of "market for technology". Secondly, the three-stage model of knowledge sharing game is constructed. By using the optimization method, the influence of the initial market demand, the proportion of market share and the increment of market demand on the strategy of "market exchange technology" is analyzed respectively. Finally, The theoretical results show that the "market for technology" strategy is feasible under certain conditions.) the influence of the initial market demand on the "market exchange technology" strategy is "U" type. Fang is very attractive, The increase of market demand will enhance the attractiveness of market for technology and the feasibility of its implementation, but it will weaken the attraction and feasibility of technology introduction.
