【摘要】：城市化是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必由之路。貴州省是我國西南部較為落后的省份。貴州省要加快區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,對其城市化發(fā)展作出切合實際的評價,有針對性地探討其發(fā)展對策,無疑具有十分重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。論文從城市化研究動態(tài)及相關(guān)理論入手,分別從人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會三個維度,考察了貴州省城市化現(xiàn)狀。在研究了貴州省的城市化現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步從歷史的角度深入考察貴州省城市化進(jìn)程。通過擬合貴州省城市化進(jìn)程的時間曲線,發(fā)現(xiàn)貴州省城市化進(jìn)程類似一 Logistic曲線即一條拉伸了的S型曲線,城市化速度先快后慢。Logistic曲線的城市化進(jìn)程表明,城市人口的增長受制于經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會等多種因素影響。在對城市化相關(guān)理論綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合貴州省城市化的影響因素分析,從人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會三個方面出發(fā),構(gòu)建貴州省城市化水平評價的指標(biāo)體系,使用因子分析方法和最小二乘組合賦權(quán)方法對貴州城市化水平做出評價。結(jié)合城市化階段劃分理論和綜合評價結(jié)果研究發(fā)現(xiàn):目前貴州省城市化整體水平較低,尚處在城市化初期階段。從城市化發(fā)展趨勢分析,貴州省即將進(jìn)入城市化中期階段。通過因子分析和組合賦權(quán)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、人口、社會三個因子對貴州省城市化整體水平的提高有著重要的影響。人口是城市化的主體。人口因子中主要是城鄉(xiāng)人口流動性較弱制約著貴州省城市化水平的提高。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展是城市化的動力。經(jīng)濟(jì)因子中主要是經(jīng)濟(jì)效益低下、缺乏特色支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長極作用較弱制約著貴州省城市化水平的提高。社會進(jìn)步是城市化的支撐。社會因子中落后的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和生態(tài)環(huán)境污染制約著貴州省城市化水平提高。在實證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,針對人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會三個方面的問題,提出提高貴州省城市化水平的三方面對策建議:加快城鄉(xiāng)人口流動;促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展;加大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)以及保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the only way to regional economic development. Guizhou Province is a backward province in southwest China. It is undoubtedly of great strategic significance for Guizhou Province to speed up the development of regional economy, to make a realistic evaluation of its urbanization development, and to probe into its development countermeasures. Based on the research trends and related theories of urbanization, this paper investigates the present situation of urbanization in Guizhou Province from the three dimensions of population, economy and society. On the basis of studying the present situation of urbanization in Guizhou Province, the urbanization process of Guizhou Province is further investigated from the historical point of view. By fitting the time curve of urbanization process in Guizhou Province, it is found that the urbanization process of Guizhou Province is similar to that of a Logistic curve, that is, a stretched S-shaped curve. The growth of urban population is influenced by many factors, such as economy and society. On the basis of summarizing the related theories of urbanization, combining with the analysis of the influencing factors of urbanization in Guizhou Province, this paper constructs an index system for evaluating the urbanization level of Guizhou Province from the three aspects of population, economy and society. Factor analysis method and least square method are used to evaluate the urbanization level of Guizhou. Combined with the theory of urbanization stage division and the comprehensive evaluation results, it is found that the overall level of urbanization in Guizhou Province is relatively low at present, and it is still in the early stage of urbanization. From the trend of urbanization analysis, Guizhou Province is about to enter the middle stage of urbanization. Through factor analysis and combinatorial weighting analysis, it is found that the three factors of economy, population and society have important influence on the overall level of urbanization in Guizhou Province. Population is the main body of urbanization. Among the population factors, the weak mobility of urban and rural population restricts the improvement of urbanization level in Guizhou Province. Economic development is the driving force of urbanization. Among the economic factors, the low economic benefit, the lack of characteristic pillar industry, the weak function of regional economic growth pole restrict the improvement of urbanization level in Guizhou Province. Social progress is the support of urbanization. The backward infrastructure construction and ecological environment pollution in social factors restrict the urbanization level of Guizhou province. On the basis of empirical research, this paper puts forward three countermeasures to improve the urbanization level of Guizhou province in view of the three aspects of population, economy and society: speeding up the flow of population between urban and rural areas, promoting the development of regional economy; We will increase infrastructure construction and protect the ecological environment.
