【摘要】：正一、我國房地產(chǎn)市場管理的沿革我國最早對房地產(chǎn)市場的管理起源于1950年國家宣布對私有房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)給予承認(rèn)保護(hù)并打擊房產(chǎn)交易與租賃中投機(jī)行為,同年國家在北京設(shè)立了全國首家房地產(chǎn)交易市場"北京市城區(qū)房地產(chǎn)交易所",這是我國對房地產(chǎn)市場管理最早的實踐。建國初期,由于城市中私有住宅大部分集中在少數(shù)人手中,存在著靠出租房屋牟利的投機(jī)行為,大量城市居民無房可居造成了"房荒"現(xiàn)象。為解決城市居民住房問題,中共中央
[Abstract]:In the first place, the evolution of China's real estate market management was the earliest management of the real estate market in China. In 1950, the state announced that the property rights of private houses were protected and the property trading and leasing were combating.
