【摘要】：隨著中國城市的快速發(fā)展,接踵而來的是各種城市問題,宜居城市建設也隨之受到關注。大城市為高密度人口聚集區(qū),經濟發(fā)展的同時,宜居性是否同步且良性發(fā)展,對城市的健康發(fā)展意義重大。本文以最新的城市規(guī)模標準定義大城市,研究我國大城市宜居性與經濟性協(xié)調發(fā)展度及其時空格局。文章首先對國內外城市宜居性以及城市宜居性與經濟性關系的相關研究進行梳理與評述,并對相關的理論基礎進行了論述。在此基礎上構建了我國大城市宜居性與經濟性協(xié)調發(fā)展的綜合評價指標體系。并將我國大城市按區(qū)域分為西北地區(qū)、西南地區(qū)、華北地區(qū)、華中地區(qū)、華南地區(qū)、東北地區(qū)與華東地區(qū)。按市轄區(qū)年末總人口將大城市分為超大城市、特大城市、Ⅰ型大城市與Ⅱ型大城市。借助SPSS軟件計算2005年、2010年與2014年三個時間斷面上宜居性綜合評價指數與經濟性綜合評價指數并分地區(qū)進行分析。引入協(xié)調度模型與協(xié)調發(fā)展度模型對我國大城市宜居性與經濟性的協(xié)調度與協(xié)調發(fā)展度進行分類。隨后采用探索性空間數據分析法研究了協(xié)調發(fā)展度的空間格局。得出的結論主要有:(1)我國大城市的宜居性與經濟性協(xié)調度總體水平較高。而協(xié)調發(fā)展度則差異顯著,高值主要集中在東部地帶以及中西部省會城市與重要城市。中西部地帶協(xié)調發(fā)展度普遍較低。(2)用協(xié)調度與協(xié)調發(fā)展度可將我國大城市分別歸為雙高型、高低型、低高型與雙低型四類城市。Ⅰ型大城市、特大城市與超大城市大多屬于雙高型城市。(3)對協(xié)調發(fā)展度進行全局空間自相關分析,結果表明協(xié)調發(fā)展度空間上具有一定的集聚趨勢,即協(xié)調發(fā)展度高(低)的城市趨向于高(低)值區(qū)分布的現象。(4)由局部空間自相關分析可知協(xié)調發(fā)展度以同類集聚為主,“低洼現象”與“高地現象”都不明顯,總體空間格局變化不大。H-H型聚類始終分布在長三角地區(qū)、珠三角地區(qū)以及北京、大連等城市。L-L型聚類主要分布在四川省、甘肅省與廣西省。(5)熱點分析得知協(xié)調發(fā)展度的熱點地區(qū)主要位于京津地區(qū)、長三角地區(qū)與珠三角地區(qū),與H-H型聚類吻合度較高;冷點地區(qū)分布在西南地區(qū)、華南地區(qū)與華中地區(qū),范圍要略大于L-L型聚類。且整體格局穩(wěn)定性強,基本維持熱點恒熱,冷點恒冷的狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese cities, various urban problems are coming, and the construction of livable cities is also concerned. The large city is a high density population gathering area. It is of great significance to the healthy development of the city whether the livability is synchronous and benign while the economy is developing. This paper defines a large city with the latest standard of urban scale, and studies the coordinated development degree and space-time pattern of livability and economy of large cities in China. Firstly, this paper reviews the research on urban livability and the relationship between urban livability and economy at home and abroad, and discusses the relevant theoretical basis. On this basis, a comprehensive evaluation index system for the coordinated development of livability and economy in large cities in China is constructed. The big cities in China are divided into northwest, southwest, North China, central China, South China, Northeast and East China. According to the total population at the end of the year, the big cities are divided into mega-cities, mega-cities, type 鈪，
