河北隆鑫勞務(wù)派遣公司企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)制度改革的逐步深化和現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的建立,勞務(wù)派遣從作為由政府主導(dǎo)的對(duì)駐華外企的用工方式以及對(duì)外輸出勞動(dòng)力的方式轉(zhuǎn)化為打破僵化人事制度、促進(jìn)就業(yè)的手段,進(jìn)入到市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作階段。中國(guó)勞務(wù)派遣已走過(guò)了萌芽過(guò)程,正在發(fā)展壯大,并日趨成熟!秳趧(dòng)合同法》于2007年6月通過(guò),并于2008年1月1日起施行,這一法律的頒布實(shí)施推動(dòng)了我國(guó)勞務(wù)派遣行業(yè)的發(fā)展,2013年《勞動(dòng)合同法》修正案的實(shí)施,也對(duì)勞務(wù)派遣企業(yè)以及企業(yè)勞務(wù)派遣用工提出更高的要求。本文首先深入分析了河北隆鑫勞務(wù)派遣公司所處勞務(wù)派遣行業(yè)的外部環(huán)境,運(yùn)用PEST模型及波特五力模型對(duì)公司所處的宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)得出公司所面臨的機(jī)遇(包括國(guó)家政治穩(wěn)定、行業(yè)受到重視、法律日趨完備、市場(chǎng)潛力巨大和民眾觀念改變等)以及威脅(包括專(zhuān)業(yè)人才匱乏、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境不良、外國(guó)企業(yè)進(jìn)入、行業(yè)內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、用人企業(yè)問(wèn)題和金融危機(jī)影響等),并利用外部因素評(píng)價(jià)矩陣對(duì)這些機(jī)遇與威脅等外部因素進(jìn)行分析,得出河北隆鑫勞務(wù)派遣公司應(yīng)利用外部環(huán)境中的機(jī)遇有效回避威脅的結(jié)論。其次,文章通過(guò)了解隆鑫公司的基本情況和發(fā)展當(dāng)中暴露出來(lái)的問(wèn)題,分析其業(yè)務(wù)流程特點(diǎn),得到其內(nèi)部基本價(jià)值鏈的構(gòu)成;并通過(guò)對(duì)公司的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)(包括財(cái)務(wù)狀況良好、招聘網(wǎng)絡(luò)面廣、服務(wù)質(zhì)量較高、服務(wù)價(jià)格較低、本地市場(chǎng)占有率高、客戶信譽(yù)度好、及管理服務(wù)較強(qiáng))和內(nèi)部劣勢(shì)(包括組織機(jī)構(gòu)不合理、缺乏系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)、缺乏規(guī)范化工作流程、公司成本上升、專(zhuān)業(yè)人才缺乏、業(yè)務(wù)種類(lèi)單一及營(yíng)銷(xiāo)不力)的總結(jié)與歸納,利用內(nèi)部因素評(píng)價(jià)矩陣對(duì)這些優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)等內(nèi)部因素進(jìn)行分析,得出河北隆鑫勞務(wù)派遣公司的內(nèi)部條件仍需提高的結(jié)論。然后,文章利用以上分析所得結(jié)論與數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)SWOT矩陣對(duì)企業(yè)的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)以及外部機(jī)會(huì)和威脅進(jìn)行更加系統(tǒng)的分析,找到公司的可選擇戰(zhàn)略:后向一體化戰(zhàn)略、橫向一體化戰(zhàn)略、相關(guān)多元化戰(zhàn)略和聚焦戰(zhàn)略;再通過(guò)QSPM矩陣對(duì)備選戰(zhàn)略逐一評(píng)分,得出后向一體化戰(zhàn)略為最優(yōu)戰(zhàn)略的結(jié)論。最后,在公司戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施過(guò)程中,文章提出優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu)、改進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)流程、完善與客戶合作方式、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)人力資源管理、重視創(chuàng)新服務(wù)、發(fā)展相關(guān)服務(wù)內(nèi)容等具體的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施措施。本文希望通過(guò)對(duì)河北隆鑫勞務(wù)派遣公司分析研究,選擇適合公司自身發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,推動(dòng)河北隆鑫勞務(wù)派遣公司形成自身的戰(zhàn)略思想,并為河北隆鑫勞務(wù)派遣公司將來(lái)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的擬定提供思路,促進(jìn)公司的長(zhǎng)久發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the gradual deepening of the reform of the state-owned enterprise system and the establishment of the modern enterprise system, the labor dispatch has changed from being the employment mode of foreign enterprises in China led by the government and exporting labor force to breaking the rigid personnel system. The means of promoting employment enter the stage of market operation. Labor dispatch in China has gone through the embryonic process, is developing and maturing. The Labor contract Law was adopted in June 2007 and came into effect on January 1, 2008. The promulgation and implementation of this law has promoted the development of the labor dispatch industry in China. The implementation of the amendment to the Labor contract Law in 2013 also puts forward higher requirements for labor dispatch enterprises and enterprises. In this paper, the external environment of the labor dispatch industry of Hebei Longxin Labor dispatching Company is analyzed, and the macro environment of the company is analyzed by using the PEST model and the Porter's five Force Model. Summing up the opportunities faced by companies (including national political stability, industry attention, growing laws, market potential and changing public perceptions, etc.) and threats (including a shortage of professionals and a poor competitive environment), The entry of foreign enterprises, intra-industry competition, employment problems and the impact of the financial crisis, and the use of external factors evaluation matrix to analyze these external factors, such as opportunities and threats, The conclusion is that Hebei Longxin Labor dispatching Company should take advantage of the opportunities in the external environment to avoid threats effectively. Secondly, through understanding the basic situation of Longxin Company and the problems exposed during its development, the paper analyzes the characteristics of its business process, obtains the composition of its internal basic value chain, and through the internal advantages of the company, including the good financial situation, The recruitment network is wide, the service quality is high, the service price is lower, the local market share is high, the customer reputation is good, and the management service is strong) and the internal disadvantage (including the organization unreasonable, the lack of systematic training), Lack of standardized workflow, rising company costs, lack of professionals, single business types and weak marketing) are summarized and summarized. The internal factors are analyzed by using the internal factor evaluation matrix to analyze these internal factors, such as the advantages and disadvantages, etc. Come to Hebei Longxin labor dispatch company's internal conditions still need to be improved. Then, using the conclusions and data obtained from the above analysis, the paper makes a more systematic analysis of the internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as the external opportunities and threats of the enterprises through the SWOT matrix, and finds out the alternative strategy of the company: backward integration strategy. The horizontal integration strategy, the related diversification strategy and the focus strategy, and the conclusion that the backward integration strategy is the best strategy is obtained by grading the alternative strategy one by one through the QSPM matrix. Finally, in the process of implementing the company strategy, the article proposes to optimize the organization structure, improve the business process, perfect the way of cooperation with customers, strengthen the construction of corporate culture, strengthen human resource management, and attach importance to innovative services. Develop relevant service content and other specific strategic implementation measures. Through the analysis and study of Hebei Longxin Labor dispatching Company, this paper hopes to choose the strategy suitable for the company's own development, and promote the Hebei Longxin Labor dispatching Company to form its own strategic thought. And for Hebei Longxin labor dispatch company in the future to provide ideas for the formulation of corporate strategy to promote the long-term development of the company.
