【摘要】：推進中部地區(qū)的新型城鎮(zhèn)化,應以人的城鎮(zhèn)化為核心,以城市群為主體形態(tài),既要優(yōu)化區(qū)域空間布局,使具有承東啟西和連南進北聯(lián)結(jié)作用的長江中游城市群與長武鄭都市帶共同構(gòu)筑起支撐國家區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的"金十字架構(gòu)",也要推動中部地區(qū)跨省邊際城鎮(zhèn)聯(lián)動發(fā)展。著力發(fā)展中部新興城市群,使之成為支撐中部崛起、促進經(jīng)濟增長、參與國際競爭合作的重要平臺。構(gòu)建以武漢、長沙、鄭州、南昌、太原、合肥為核心,依托長江、滬昆、隴海、京九、京廣、二廣"三縱三橫"重點發(fā)展軸線,形成"六核六軸六組團多節(jié)點"的空間發(fā)展格局。
[Abstract]:To promote the new urbanization in the central region, we should take the urbanization of people as the core, take the urban agglomeration as the main form, and optimize the regional spatial layout. The urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the Changwu Zhengcheng metropolitan belt, which have the function of connecting the east to the west and the south to the north, are combined to construct the "golden cross structure" to support the coordinated development of the national regions, and to promote the inter-provincial marginal urban linkage development in the central region. It is an important platform for supporting the rise of central China, promoting economic growth and participating in international competition and cooperation. The construction takes Wuhan, Changsha, Zhengzhou, Nanchang, Taiyuan and Hefei as the core, relying on the key development axes of the Yangtze River, Shanghai and Kunming, Longhai, Beijing and Kowloon, Beijing and Guangzhou, and the second and second Canton, "three vertical and three horizontal". Form a "six-core, six-axis, six-cluster multi-node" spatial development pattern.
