【摘要】：隨著人口持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)、城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程加快和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地規(guī)模呈現(xiàn)逐漸擴(kuò)大趨勢(shì),非農(nóng)用地需求量日益增大,人地矛盾更加尖銳.在丘陵山地地區(qū),受特殊地理?xiàng)l件以及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的限制,小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展一般沿著交通干線及河流呈帶狀分布.對(duì)小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)擴(kuò)展用地進(jìn)行適宜性的評(píng)價(jià)及空間優(yōu)化可在一定程度上避免盲目擴(kuò)張?jiān)斐傻耐恋乩速M(fèi),為區(qū)域土地資源有效、永續(xù)利用和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考.本文以重慶市南川區(qū)鳴玉鎮(zhèn)為例,對(duì)小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)擴(kuò)展用地適宜程度及其空間布局進(jìn)行了初步研究,利用GIS空間分析技術(shù),結(jié)合區(qū)域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),選取了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、人口增長(zhǎng)、交通建設(shè)和自然地理環(huán)境等因素進(jìn)行分析,得出小城鎮(zhèn)擴(kuò)展空間的土地適宜性級(jí)別,以便為研究區(qū)及相似區(qū)域的城市規(guī)劃提供決策參考.
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of population, the acceleration of urbanization process and the rapid development of national economy, the scale of small town construction land is gradually expanding, the demand for non-agricultural land is increasing day by day, and the contradiction between man and land is more acute.In hilly and mountainous areas, due to the special geographical conditions and the level of social and economic development, the development of small towns generally distributes along the main traffic lines and rivers.The suitability evaluation and space optimization of small town construction and expansion land can avoid land waste caused by blind expansion to a certain extent and provide a reference for regional land resources to be effective, sustainable utilization and sustainable development.Taking Mingyu Town, Nanchuan District, Chongqing as an example, this paper makes a preliminary study on the suitability and spatial distribution of the small town construction and expansion land. By using the GIS spatial analysis technology and combining with the regional social and economic statistics data, the economic development is selected.By analyzing the factors such as population growth, traffic construction and natural geographical environment, the land suitability level of small town expanding space is obtained in order to provide a reference for urban planning in the study area and similar area.
