【摘要】：隨著我國電子商務的快速發(fā)展,對物流行業(yè)的要求也越來越高,電商物流應運而生。而倉儲系統(tǒng)作為電商物流的基礎,決定著電商物流是否能夠完美而又優(yōu)質地完成資金流、信息流以及商流。如何將電商物流倉儲系統(tǒng)運作好,其中的作業(yè)流程無疑非常關鍵。物流系統(tǒng)仿真技術的發(fā)展為電商物流倉儲系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化設計提供了一種十分有效的方法,它借助于計算機等技術,根據(jù)現(xiàn)實倉庫中的數(shù)據(jù)建立相關模型,通過模擬運行,我們可以分析仿真結果,優(yōu)化其中存在的瓶頸問題,從而改善電商物流倉儲系統(tǒng)作業(yè)過程中存在的不合理問題,并比較分析優(yōu)化前后的結果,確定合適的方案,最終提高整個倉儲系統(tǒng)的作業(yè)效率。本文以濟南焙贊電子商務有限公司為研究對象,其作為濟南較為成功的一家小型電子商務企業(yè),具有一定的典型性。為滿足不斷增大的訂單量,焙贊公司在山東蓋世國際物流集團齊河園區(qū)租用了500平米的倉庫,并配備了相關倉儲設備。為了提高焙贊電商物流倉儲系統(tǒng)作業(yè)流程的運作效率,并保證未來其順利運行,本文首先對焙贊公司的倉儲系統(tǒng)作業(yè)流程及倉庫布局進行了深入地分析,并運用Flexsim系統(tǒng)仿真軟件對其倉儲系統(tǒng)作業(yè)流程進行仿真建模,通過分析仿真結果,找到焙贊電商物流倉儲系統(tǒng)作業(yè)流程的瓶頸問題,分析其中可能存在的原因,并有針對性的提出相關解決方案,重新建立優(yōu)化后的仿真模型,并輸出結果與之前的進行對比,以驗證優(yōu)化方案的合理性。本文不僅能給焙贊電商物流倉儲系統(tǒng)作業(yè)流程的優(yōu)化提供參考,也能為其他小型電商企業(yè)在未來建立或者優(yōu)化其倉儲系統(tǒng)作業(yè)流程時提供借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic commerce in our country, the requirement of logistics industry is higher and higher, and e-commerce logistics emerges as the times require.As the basis of e-commerce logistics, warehousing system determines whether e-commerce logistics can complete capital flow, information flow and business flow.How to run the e-commerce logistics warehousing system well, the operation process is undoubtedly very critical.The development of logistics system simulation technology provides a very effective method for the optimization design of e-commerce logistics warehousing system. With the aid of computer technology and other technologies, the relevant model is established according to the data in the real warehouse, and the simulation operation is carried out.We can analyze the simulation results, optimize the bottleneck problems, and improve the unreasonable problems in the process of e-commerce logistics warehousing system, and compare the results before and after the optimization to determine the appropriate scheme.Finally, improve the efficiency of the whole storage system.This paper takes Jinan bancan e-commerce co., Ltd as a successful small e-commerce enterprise in Jinan, which is typical.In order to meet the increasing order volume, Bancan Company rented 500 square meters of warehouse and equipped with related storage equipment in Qihe Park of Shandong Geshi International Logistics Group.In order to improve the operation efficiency of Bancan e-commerce logistics warehousing system and ensure its smooth operation in the future, this paper firstly analyzes the warehouse operation process and warehouse layout of Bancan Company.Flexsim system simulation software is used to simulate and model the operation flow of storage system. By analyzing the simulation results, the bottleneck problem of Bancan e-commerce logistics warehousing system is found, and the possible reasons are analyzed.In order to verify the rationality of the optimized scheme, the relevant solutions are put forward, the optimized simulation model is re-established, and the output results are compared with the previous ones.This paper can not only provide a reference for the optimization of the operation process of Bancan e-commerce logistics storage system, but also provide reference for other small e-commerce enterprises in establishing or optimizing their warehousing system operation process in the future.
