【摘要】：食品安全的社會共治模式可以從供應鏈可持續(xù)管理的視角出發(fā)進行討論,將社會共治模式中的政府、社會組織、消費者等治理主體設計為供應鏈利益相關者,治理模式所要研究和解決的就是供應鏈中諸多利益相關者的關系問題,即通過對食品供應鏈可持續(xù)治理的研究來解決社會共治的制度安排和治理機制問題�；谥黧w-結構-影響因素-治理模式的供應鏈可持續(xù)治理框架,論文設計了核心企業(yè)CSR主導型、供應鏈交易主導型以及利益相關者主導型的食品安全社會共治模式,以食品企業(yè)為焦點,在治理環(huán)境的影響下,通過經濟契約的聯(lián)結與社會關系的嵌入所構成的供應鏈利益相關者之間的制度安排,并通過一系列的治理機制與保障手段,實現(xiàn)食品安全有效治理。
[Abstract]:The social co-treatment model of food safety can be discussed from the perspective of sustainable management of supply chain.What the governance model should study and solve is the relationship between many stakeholders in the supply chain, that is, to solve the institutional arrangement and governance mechanism of social co-governance through the study of sustainable governance of food supply chain.Based on the sustainable governance framework of supply chain based on the model of agent-structure-influence factor-governance, this paper designs the food safety social co-governance model of core enterprise CSR, supply chain transaction and stakeholders.Under the influence of the governance environment, the institutional arrangement between supply chain stakeholders formed by the connection of economic contract and the embedding of social relations, and a series of governance mechanism and safeguard means, are focused on food enterprises.Food safety and effective management.
