【摘要】：在研究《質量發(fā)展綱要》要求、各地質量分析報告的成功經(jīng)驗及對有關專家進行訪談的基礎上,構建了以產(chǎn)品質量水平、產(chǎn)品質量創(chuàng)新能力、產(chǎn)品質量工作3個維度、11個層次和30個觀測點構成的產(chǎn)品質量分析報告內(nèi)容完整性評價體系,采用層次分析法確定指標權重。收集了近年來公開發(fā)布的有較強代表性的40份產(chǎn)品質量報告,進行賦值、評分計算,結果顯示當前我國各地質量報告內(nèi)容完整性整體較差,尤其在產(chǎn)品質量創(chuàng)新能力和質量治理信息方面披露不足,質量信息分析方法也有待改進。
[Abstract]:On the basis of studying the requirements of the quality Development Program, the successful experiences of the local quality analysis reports and the interviews with the relevant experts, the ability of product quality innovation was constructed based on the product quality level and the product quality innovation. The content integrity evaluation system of product quality analysis report is composed of 3 dimensions, 11 levels and 30 observation points. The index weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). 40 representative product quality reports, which have been published publicly in recent years, are collected, assigned and evaluated. The results show that the integrity of the quality reports in various parts of our country is poor. Especially in product quality innovation ability and quality management information disclosure is insufficient, quality information analysis methods need to be improved.
