【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)工業(yè)化和現(xiàn)代化的重要標(biāo)志,是實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、促進(jìn)地區(qū)和諧發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略決策。隨著城鎮(zhèn)化水平的不斷提升,合肥市耕地非農(nóng)化速度過快、耕地資源數(shù)量大幅降低等現(xiàn)實(shí)問題凸顯,導(dǎo)致城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展與耕地保護(hù)之間的關(guān)系日趨復(fù)雜,進(jìn)一步加劇了社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與耕地資源保護(hù)二者之間的矛盾。適時(shí)開展耕地資源數(shù)量變化與城鎮(zhèn)化協(xié)同性關(guān)系研究,深入挖掘城鎮(zhèn)化過程中耕地資源數(shù)量變化的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,對(duì)于妥善處理經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與耕地保護(hù)、持續(xù)推動(dòng)區(qū)域新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an important symbol to measure the industrialization and modernization of a country and a region. It is a strategic decision to realize the regional social and economic growth and promote the harmonious development of the region. In Hefei City, the non-agricultural conversion of cultivated land is too fast, the amount of cultivated land resources is greatly reduced, and so on, which leads to the increasingly complex relationship between the development of urbanization and the protection of cultivated land. It further intensifies the contradiction between the social economic development and the protection of cultivated land resources. The research on the synergistic relationship between the quantity change of cultivated land resources and urbanization is carried out in good time, and the inherent laws of the changes in the quantity of cultivated land resources in the process of urbanization are deeply explored. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to deal with economic development and cultivated land protection and to continuously promote the construction of regional new urbanization.
