【摘要】：自黨的十八大召開(kāi)以來(lái),新型城鎮(zhèn)化成為社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,新型城鎮(zhèn)化的基本特征是城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌、城鄉(xiāng)一體、產(chǎn)城互動(dòng)、節(jié)約集約、生態(tài)宜居、和諧發(fā)展,表現(xiàn)為大中小城市、小城鎮(zhèn)、新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、互促共進(jìn)。國(guó)家開(kāi)發(fā)銀行曾經(jīng)預(yù)計(jì),未來(lái)3年里,我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化將有25萬(wàn)億元的資金需求,由于城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)所需資金投入是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的過(guò)程,政府資金已不能滿足新型城鎮(zhèn)化的全部需求,所以需要通過(guò)拓寬多元化投融資渠道等金融支持方式解決資金問(wèn)題。本文從理論研究和實(shí)證分析兩個(gè)方面論述河南省新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中的金融支持作用。理論研究方面,首先探討了新型城鎮(zhèn)化相關(guān)理論、金融市場(chǎng)發(fā)展理論、新型城鎮(zhèn)化與金融發(fā)展相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系;然后將新型城鎮(zhèn)化分解為人口城鎮(zhèn)化、經(jīng)濟(jì)城鎮(zhèn)化、空間城鎮(zhèn)化,分析了金融支持新型城鎮(zhèn)化的三個(gè)方面的理論基礎(chǔ)。實(shí)證分析方面,本文首先分析了河南省新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展、金融發(fā)展和金融支持新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題;然后從河南省金融支持的規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)、效率角度對(duì)河南省新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中的金融支持進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,得出的結(jié)論和現(xiàn)實(shí)一致。最后,本文針對(duì)河南省金融支持新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中存在的問(wèn)題,提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,希望能促進(jìn)河南省新型城鎮(zhèn)化更好更快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, new urbanization has become a hot social issue. The basic characteristics of new urbanization are urban and rural planning, integration of urban and rural areas, interaction between production and city, conservation and intensification, ecological liveability and harmonious development, which are manifested as large, medium-sized and small cities. Small towns, new rural communities develop harmoniously and promote each other. The China Development Bank once predicted that in the next three years, China's urbanization will have a capital demand of 25 trillion yuan, because the capital investment required for urbanization construction is a long-term process. Government funds can no longer meet all the needs of new urbanization. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the problem of financial support by broadening diversified channels of investment and financing. This paper discusses the role of financial support in the process of new urbanization in Henan Province from two aspects of theoretical research and empirical analysis. First, it discusses the relationship between new urbanization and financial development, and then decomposes the new urbanization into population urbanization, economic urbanization, spatial urbanization. This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of three aspects of financial support for new urbanization. In the aspect of empirical analysis, this paper first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of new urbanization development, financial development and financial support of new urbanization construction in Henan Province. Then, from the perspective of scale, structure and efficiency of financial support in Henan Province, the paper makes an empirical study on the financial support in the process of new urbanization in Henan Province. The conclusions are consistent with reality. In view of the problems existing in the process of financial support for new urbanization in Henan Province, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to promote the better and faster development of new urbanization in Henan Province.
