【摘要】：研究社會主義市場經濟問題是中國特色社會主義政治經濟學的重要內容。建立社會主義市場經濟體制必須劃清馬克思主義與新自由主義的界限,對于社會主義市場經濟認識的分歧必須運用馬克思主義政治經濟學基本原理給予正確回答。市場經濟問題的討論應該以鄧小平理論為指導,正確認識到市場經濟是發(fā)展生產的方法、調節(jié)經濟的手段。市場經濟必然要同一定的社會基本經濟制度相結合。公有制可以與市場經濟相結合;公有制實現形式是公有制與市場經濟結合的關鍵;市場經濟改革不等于公有制私有化。市場經濟應該服從于、服務于基本經濟制度。社會主義市場經濟體制不能照搬西方的市場經濟,社會主義市場經濟發(fā)展必須把市場的作用與政府的作用結合起來。
[Abstract]:To study the issue of socialist market economy is an important part of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To establish a socialist market economy system, we must draw a clear line between Marxism and neoliberalism. The differences in understanding of the socialist market economy must be correctly answered by applying the basic principles of Marxist political economy. The discussion on the issue of market economy should be guided by Deng Xiaoping's theory. Correctly realize that market economy is the way to develop production and adjust economy, market economy must be combined with certain social basic economic system, public ownership can be combined with market economy; The realization of public ownership is the key to the combination of public ownership and market economy; the reform of market economy is not equal to privatization of public ownership. To serve the basic economic system, the socialist market economic system cannot copy the western market economy, and the development of the socialist market economy must combine the role of the market with that of the government.
