【摘要】：個(gè)舊市是一個(gè)山區(qū)資源轉(zhuǎn)型城市,對(duì)其建設(shè)用地的集約利用水平進(jìn)行研究,能夠幫助其在地理?xiàng)l件的限制下合理配置土地資源,滿足城市轉(zhuǎn)型期的特殊要求,同時(shí)也能為其他山區(qū)資源轉(zhuǎn)型城市提供一個(gè)典型案例。在土地集約利用評(píng)價(jià)中涉及到大量復(fù)雜的數(shù)據(jù),使用傳統(tǒng)的方式效率不高,而在研究中運(yùn)用GIS技術(shù)可以提高效率和準(zhǔn)確性,所以運(yùn)用GIS技術(shù)對(duì)個(gè)舊市建設(shè)用地集約利用水平進(jìn)行研究,有著重要意義。本文運(yùn)用GIS、數(shù)據(jù)庫等技術(shù),分別從區(qū)域和城市兩個(gè)尺度對(duì)個(gè)舊市建設(shè)用地的集約利用水平進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)分別從區(qū)域尺度和城區(qū)尺度分析了個(gè)舊市建設(shè)用地的利用特點(diǎn),并構(gòu)建了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;(2)在區(qū)域尺度評(píng)價(jià)研究中,通過對(duì)常用評(píng)價(jià)方法的對(duì)比選擇了兩種評(píng)價(jià)方法。設(shè)計(jì)了屬性數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和空間數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu),并使用數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)和編程語言實(shí)現(xiàn)了多因素綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型的計(jì)算,同時(shí)使用人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型測(cè)算集約度,對(duì)兩種方法得到的結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,得出了兩種方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。(3)在城區(qū)尺度評(píng)價(jià)研究中,設(shè)計(jì)了屬性數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和空間數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu),并使用數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),以ArcGIS Engine 10.1為二次開發(fā)平臺(tái),編程實(shí)現(xiàn)了模型計(jì)算,圖查屬性等功能。(4)得出個(gè)舊市區(qū)域尺度建設(shè)用地集約度為76.79,城區(qū)尺度建設(shè)用地集約利用土地面積占比66.24%,并分析和探討了影響個(gè)舊市建設(shè)用地集約利用水平的主要影響因素。
[Abstract]:The old city is a city in the transformation of mountain resources, construction of land intensive utilization level, can help in the geographical conditions of the rational allocation of land resources, to meet the special requirements of city transition, but also for other city transformation of mountain resources provide a typical case in land intensive. By involving a large number of complex data evaluation, using the traditional way of efficiency is not high, and the use of GIS technology in the study can improve the efficiency and accuracy, so the research on Application of GIS technology in Gejiu City construction land intensive utilization level, has important significance. This paper uses GIS, database technology, separately from the region two and the city scale of Gejiu City construction land intensive use level was evaluated. The main contents are as follows: (1) from the regional and urban scale of Gejiu City construction land use The characteristics, and construct the evaluation index system; (2) on a regional scale assessment, through the comparison of commonly used evaluation methods of two kinds of evaluation methods. The design of attribute data structure and spatial data structure, and the use of database technology and programming language to realize the calculation of multi factor comprehensive evaluation model, and the use of artificial neural the calculation model of network intensive, get the results of two methods were compared and analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. (3) in the study of urban scale evaluation, design of attribute data structure and spatial data structure, and the use of database technology, using ArcGIS Engine 10.1 to two times the development platform, programming the model, which attributes and other functions. (4) the Gejiu City regional construction land intensive degree is 76.79, the city scale construction land intensive utilization area accounted for 66.24%, and analyzed and discussed The main factors affect the level of intensive use of Gejiu City construction.
