【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)下,既要發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)調(diào)節(jié)就業(yè)的決定性作用,又要切實(shí)履行政府促進(jìn)就業(yè)職責(zé),應(yīng)更加充分地發(fā)揮政府投資和重大建設(shè)項(xiàng)目對(duì)擴(kuò)大就業(yè)規(guī)模、優(yōu)化就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、提升就業(yè)質(zhì)量的帶動(dòng)和引領(lǐng)作用。本研究旨在對(duì)湖北省政府投資和重點(diǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)和就業(yè)影響進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),明確政府投資和重點(diǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的就業(yè)帶動(dòng)作用,理清政府投資和重點(diǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目在就業(yè)帶動(dòng)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題及原因,探索促進(jìn)政府投資和重點(diǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目與就業(yè)促進(jìn)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal of economic development, we should not only give play to the decisive role of the market in regulating employment, but also earnestly fulfill the government's responsibility to promote employment. We should give full play to government investment and major construction projects to expand the scale of employment and optimize the employment structure. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively evaluate the economic and employment impact of Hubei provincial government investment and key construction projects, and clarify the employment driving role of government investment and key construction projects. This paper clarifies the problems and causes of government investment and key construction projects in the process of promoting employment, and probes into the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of government investment and key construction projects and employment promotion.
