【摘要】：農(nóng)戶(hù)道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)行為的發(fā)生嚴(yán)重影響農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全,如何防范農(nóng)戶(hù)道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)行為是當(dāng)前研究的焦點(diǎn)。借助半?yún)?shù)Logistic回歸模型,以389戶(hù)農(nóng)戶(hù)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,重點(diǎn)研究非正式制度對(duì)農(nóng)戶(hù)道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)行為的影響。結(jié)果表明,非正式制度負(fù)向影響農(nóng)戶(hù)道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)行為。其中,"村規(guī)民約制定情況"變量的邊際效應(yīng)為-0.133,說(shuō)明所在村莊制定了村規(guī)民約的農(nóng)戶(hù),其道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)行為發(fā)生的可能性越低;"道德觀念約束力"變量的邊際效應(yīng)為-0.161,說(shuō)明在開(kāi)展農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)中,認(rèn)為道德觀念約束力越強(qiáng)的農(nóng)戶(hù),道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)行為發(fā)生的可能性越低。從充分發(fā)揮村規(guī)民約作用、增強(qiáng)農(nóng)戶(hù)道德觀念和加大政府規(guī)制力度等方面提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:The occurrence of farmers' moral hazard behavior seriously affects the quality and safety of agricultural products. How to prevent farmers' moral hazard behavior is the focus of current research. With the help of semi-parametric Logistic regression model, the survey data of 389-household households are taken as samples. The effect of informal institution on the behavior of farmers' moral hazard is studied. Among them, the marginal effect of the variable of "village rules and regulations" is -0.133, which shows that the farmers in the village have formulated the rules of the village, and the informal institution has negative influence on the behavior of the farmers' moral hazard. The lower the possibility of moral hazard behavior is, the lower the marginal effect of the "moral binding" variable is -0.161, which indicates that in the agricultural production activities, the farmer who thinks that the moral concept is more binding, The lower the possibility of moral hazard behavior is, the more policy suggestions are put forward from the following aspects: to give full play to the role of village rules and regulations, to strengthen farmers' moral concept and to strengthen government regulation and regulation.
