【摘要】：自然資源資產(chǎn)管理體制是我國生態(tài)文明制度建設(shè)的重要組成部分。隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐步完善和生態(tài)文明建設(shè)意識的增強(qiáng),自然資源資產(chǎn)管理體制研究開始逐步增加,但理論層面的系統(tǒng)建構(gòu)和實踐層面的體系完善仍需進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化。因此,在借鑒西方發(fā)達(dá)國家較為成熟的自然資源資產(chǎn)管理體制的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建包括自然資源資產(chǎn)產(chǎn)權(quán)界定、自然資源資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表編制與應(yīng)用等內(nèi)容的我國自然資源國家資產(chǎn)管理體制,無疑是今后自然資源資產(chǎn)管理體制研究的重要方向。
[Abstract]:Natural resource asset management system is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization system in China. With the gradual improvement of market economy and the enhancement of awareness of ecological civilization construction, the study of natural resource asset management system has gradually increased. However, the system construction at the theoretical level and the system improvement at the practical level still need to be further optimized. Therefore, on the basis of drawing lessons from the more mature natural resource asset management system in the western developed countries, the construction includes the definition of the property right of the natural resource asset. There is no doubt that the national asset management system of natural resources in China is an important direction in the future study of natural resources asset management system.
