交通流變化下考慮油耗的多車型車輛路徑優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著資源短缺、環(huán)境污染等問題的日益凸顯,節(jié)能、綠色等發(fā)展理念越來越受到人們的重視。這也引起了各物流企業(yè)對(duì)配送中車輛油耗問題的關(guān)注。一方面,企業(yè)需要考慮到在配送過程中影響車輛油耗的各個(gè)因素,在各種條件的約束下對(duì)配送路徑進(jìn)行安排,以降低企業(yè)成本、提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;另一方面,考慮車輛油耗問題有利于企業(yè)承擔(dān)起節(jié)約資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境的社會(huì)責(zé)任。基于此,本文考慮到交通流及車型對(duì)車輛油耗的影響,同時(shí)探討了當(dāng)客戶存在模糊需求時(shí)路徑優(yōu)化結(jié)果的變化情況,在特定偏好值下尋求最優(yōu)的配送方案。論文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及現(xiàn)實(shí)配送情況進(jìn)行梳理總結(jié),分析了其中存在的主要問題。論述了物流配送及車輛路徑問題相關(guān)理論。其次,分析了車輛油耗的影響因素,考慮了車輛載重量、行駛速度、距離、交通流及車型五個(gè)因素對(duì)車輛油耗的影響,修正了車輛油耗測(cè)算模型。同時(shí)考慮客戶需求的模糊性,依據(jù)模糊集及可信性理論,建立了以車輛固定使用成本及車輛油耗成本(包括計(jì)劃油耗成本和額外油耗成本)之和最小為目標(biāo)的模糊機(jī)會(huì)約束模型。再次,將突變思想引入到遺傳算法中,設(shè)計(jì)了突變遺傳算法。最后,通過算例分析結(jié)果表明,決策者的主觀偏好對(duì)成本具有重要影響,應(yīng)選擇合理的主觀偏好值以達(dá)到成本最小的目的。在特定偏好值下,本文所得配送方案能降低配送成本,提高車輛實(shí)載率。
[Abstract]:With the shortage of resources, environmental pollution and other problems increasingly prominent, energy conservation, green and other development concepts have been paid more and more attention to. This has also caused the logistics enterprises to pay attention to the problem of vehicle fuel consumption in distribution. On the one hand, Enterprises need to consider the factors that affect vehicle fuel consumption in the process of distribution, and arrange the distribution path under the constraints of various conditions, in order to reduce the cost of enterprises and improve competitiveness; on the other hand, Considering the problem of vehicle fuel consumption is helpful for enterprises to assume the social responsibility of saving resources and protecting the environment. Based on this, this paper considers the influence of traffic flow and vehicle type on vehicle fuel consumption. At the same time, the paper discusses the change of the path optimization results when the customer has fuzzy demand, and seeks the optimal distribution scheme under the specific preference value. Firstly, the paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research status and the actual distribution situation. The main problems are analyzed. The related theories of logistics distribution and vehicle routing are discussed. Secondly, the influencing factors of vehicle fuel consumption are analyzed, and the vehicle load, speed and distance are considered. The influence of five factors of traffic flow and vehicle type on vehicle fuel consumption is revised, and the calculation model of vehicle fuel consumption is revised. Considering the fuzziness of customer demand, according to the theory of fuzzy set and credibility, A fuzzy opportunity constraint model is established, which aims at the minimum sum of vehicle fixed usage cost and vehicle fuel consumption cost (including planned fuel consumption cost and extra fuel consumption cost). Thirdly, the mutation idea is introduced into genetic algorithm. A mutation genetic algorithm is designed. Finally, the result of example analysis shows that the decision maker's subjective preference has an important effect on the cost, and a reasonable subjective preference value should be selected to achieve the goal of minimizing the cost. In this paper, the distribution scheme can reduce the cost of distribution and improve the vehicle load rate.
