【摘要】：中小企業(yè)對中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有重要意義,眾多中小企業(yè)普遍存在物流觀念落后,物流水平低下,物流專業(yè)人才缺乏等問題。采用第三方物流模式對中小企業(yè)具有特別的積極意義,但不當(dāng)?shù)膽?yīng)用第三方物流則會對企業(yè)的經(jīng)營帶來風(fēng)險和損害。如何在中小企業(yè)做出應(yīng)用第三方物流的選擇和進(jìn)行實施,以提升企業(yè)的物流服務(wù)和管理能力及效率?本課題采取文獻(xiàn)研究和案例研究相結(jié)合的方法,將第三方物流在中小企業(yè)的案例企業(yè)A公司進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用,包括：1.梳理和分析了第三方物流和中小企業(yè)應(yīng)用的研究工作。2.結(jié)合案例企業(yè)需要,提出物流體系分析框架：在了解產(chǎn)品與客戶需求,詳細(xì)調(diào)查和分析現(xiàn)有物流體系和問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出新物流體系目標(biāo),建議適合的物流模式,并提出構(gòu)建設(shè)想。3.為A公司應(yīng)用第三方物流制定了“建立項目組織、第三方物流服務(wù)商初選、方案定制、第三方物流服務(wù)商決策、合同訂立、建立基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)、物流模式轉(zhuǎn)換、第三方物流管理”的實施框架,并依據(jù)該框架在A公司進(jìn)行了實施工作；提出了第三方物流服務(wù)商的選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和流程、通用和專用合同條款,方案定制框架等,并詳細(xì)說明了具體實施中的基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)建立和物流模式轉(zhuǎn)換,以及第三方物流管理等實施要點。希望本課題研究能為中小型企業(yè)應(yīng)用第三方物流提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises are of great significance to China's economic development. Many small and medium-sized enterprises generally have backward logistics concepts and low level of logistics. The adoption of the third-party logistics model has special positive significance for small and medium-sized enterprises. However, improper application of third party logistics will bring risks and damages to the management of enterprises. How to make the choice and implementation of the application of third party logistics in small and medium-sized enterprises in order to improve the logistics service and management ability and efficiency of enterprises? This subject adopts the method of combining the literature research and the case study, and applies the third party logistics in the case of A company of the small and medium-sized enterprises. Including 1. Combing and analyzing the research work of the third party logistics and the application of small and medium-sized enterprises. 2. Considering the needs of the case enterprises, the paper puts forward the framework of logistics system analysis: in understanding the products and customer needs, Based on the detailed investigation and analysis of the existing logistics system and problems, this paper puts forward the objectives of the new logistics system, suggests the suitable logistics model, and puts forward the construction assumption .3.The establishment of project organization for the application of third party logistics in company A. Third party logistics service provider primary selection, program customization, third party logistics service provider decision-making, contract formation, establishment of infrastructure, logistics mode transformation, third party logistics management "implementation framework," According to the framework, the implementation work is carried out in company A, and the selection criteria and flow of third-party logistics service provider, general and special contract terms, scheme customization framework and so on are put forward. It also explains in detail the key points of the implementation such as the establishment of infrastructure, the transformation of logistics mode and the management of third party logistics, etc. It is hoped that this research can provide a useful reference for small and medium-sized enterprises to apply third party logistics.
