【摘要】：當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境壓力下,PPP模式的大力推進(jìn)指明了我國(guó)大型建筑企業(yè)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型的方向,通過(guò)分析傳統(tǒng)市場(chǎng)下我國(guó)大型建筑企業(yè)的發(fā)展瓶頸,進(jìn)而指出其參與PPP項(xiàng)目存在的不足。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,從投資結(jié)構(gòu)、融資結(jié)構(gòu)和回報(bào)機(jī)制3個(gè)核心方面著手研究大型建筑企業(yè)PPP項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)作模式及其選擇流程,輔以武漢光谷火車站東、西廣場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目作為實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行應(yīng)用和驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Under the pressure of the current economic environment, the PPP model has pointed out the direction of the development and transformation of the large construction enterprises in China. Through the analysis of the bottleneck of the development of the large construction enterprises in the traditional market, On the basis of this, the paper studies the operation mode and selection process of large construction enterprise's PPP project from three core aspects: investment structure, financing structure and return mechanism. With Wuhan Optical Valley Railway Station East, West Square Project as a practical case for application and verification.
