【摘要】：要想實(shí)現(xiàn)"兩個(gè)一百年"目標(biāo),人才是第一戰(zhàn)略資源和保障。蘭州地區(qū)的發(fā)展是推進(jìn)西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略和"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"建設(shè)的重要組成部分。分析了蘭州地區(qū)現(xiàn)有人才聚集環(huán)境優(yōu)勢,在此基礎(chǔ)上,有針對(duì)性地提出了蘭州地區(qū)吸引人才回流和優(yōu)化人才聚集環(huán)境的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:To achieve the "two hundred years" goal, Talent is the first strategic resource and guarantee. The development of Lanzhou area is an important part of promoting the strategy of western development and the construction of "Silk Road Economic Belt". The countermeasures and suggestions of attracting talents and optimizing the environment of talent gathering in Lanzhou area are put forward.
