【摘要】：國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是國際貿(mào)易規(guī)則的重要內(nèi)容,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)國際化也成為各國競爭的焦點(diǎn)和制高點(diǎn)。文章將國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)納入D-S框架,探究其對(duì)中間品貿(mào)易的影響機(jī)制,并進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn)。研究表明:發(fā)展中國家日益重視ISO國際認(rèn)證,通過對(duì)接國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),逐步融入全球價(jià)值鏈生產(chǎn)體系,打破了傳統(tǒng)的國際分工格局;國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)中間品貿(mào)易的促進(jìn)作用存在門檻效應(yīng),即當(dāng)人均GDP高于11000美元時(shí),提高雙方國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的滲透強(qiáng)度將促進(jìn)中間品貿(mào)易,否則不然。我國人均GDP小于門檻值,在參與發(fā)達(dá)國家主導(dǎo)的國際分工時(shí),將受到對(duì)方國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滲透的制約。因此,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步提高經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平,加快國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化步伐,全面提升貿(mào)易產(chǎn)品的競爭力和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平。
[Abstract]:International standard is an important content of international trade rules, and the internationalization of international standard has also become the focus and commanding point of competition among countries. This paper puts international standard into D-S framework to explore its influence mechanism on intermediate trade. The research shows that developing countries pay more and more attention to the international certification of ISO, and gradually integrate into the global value chain production system by docking international standards, thus breaking the traditional pattern of international division of labor; The international standard has threshold effect on the promotion of intermediate goods trade, that is, when the per capita GDP is higher than 11000 US dollars, increasing the penetration intensity of both sides' international standards will promote the intermediate trade, otherwise, the per capita GDP of our country is less than the threshold value. In participating in the international division of labor led by developed countries, it will be restricted by the penetration of other countries' international standards. Therefore, we should further improve the level of economic development, speed up the pace of international standardization, and comprehensively enhance the competitiveness and standardization level of trade products.
