T市破產(chǎn)企業(yè)下崗職工再就業(yè)研究

【摘要】:就業(yè)是我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的根本,解決就業(yè)以及再就業(yè)問(wèn)題是我國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型階段的核心關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。在世界目前已然是全球化的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境中,各種企業(yè)彼此間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也變得尤為激烈了。我國(guó)一些公司不可避免的失敗了在進(jìn)行嚴(yán)苛的市場(chǎng)爭(zhēng)奪環(huán)境中,而最終不得已申請(qǐng)公司全面破產(chǎn)。應(yīng)該怎樣處理好破產(chǎn)公司企業(yè)下崗人員的二次就業(yè)問(wèn)題是我國(guó)社會(huì)關(guān)于持續(xù)穩(wěn)定協(xié)調(diào)進(jìn)展,促使社會(huì)全面開(kāi)拓具有不可或缺的關(guān)鍵性效應(yīng)與內(nèi)涵;谶@個(gè)背景,在本次課題的研究中,主要研究以及分析破產(chǎn)企業(yè)下崗職工的再就業(yè)問(wèn)題,以期通過(guò)本次課題的研究能夠?yàn)楹笃诘南嚓P(guān)研究提供一定的參考及借鑒。在本次課題的研究中,主要使用案例分析法以及歸納總結(jié)法的研究方法,重點(diǎn)分析了 T市破產(chǎn)企業(yè)的下崗職工的再就業(yè)問(wèn)題。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容包括。其中首要部分便是緒論,這個(gè)組成部分比較簡(jiǎn)要的概述了本篇論文進(jìn)行探究的實(shí)際環(huán)境條件與其含義、探究詳細(xì)內(nèi)容與其具體方案、國(guó)內(nèi)外所屬的探究現(xiàn)實(shí)狀態(tài)。第二部分為相關(guān)概念及理論。這部分歸納以及總結(jié)了下崗失業(yè)以及再就業(yè)的改建、下崗職工再就業(yè)的理論基礎(chǔ),包括人力資本理論以及職業(yè)地位獲得理論。最后分析了 T市的下崗失業(yè),包括下崗失業(yè)產(chǎn)生的原因及下崗失業(yè)的特點(diǎn)。第三部分主要分析了 T市破產(chǎn)企業(yè)下崗職工的再就業(yè)為分析,這部分簡(jiǎn)要對(duì)T市破產(chǎn)企業(yè)A公司案例進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要介紹,接著便解析了 A公司內(nèi)部所有員工的基礎(chǔ)個(gè)人屬性,在最終還對(duì)A公司全部的下崗人員關(guān)于其再就業(yè)所具備的所有問(wèn)題進(jìn)行主要解析。第四個(gè)部分便是重點(diǎn)發(fā)表出了促使T市破產(chǎn)公司對(duì)于下崗工作人員的二次就業(yè)的針對(duì)策略與實(shí)際有效提議。包括:轉(zhuǎn)變以往陳舊的就業(yè)觀念、促進(jìn)再就業(yè)培訓(xùn)的有序發(fā)展、明確解決再就業(yè)問(wèn)題的職責(zé)、完善再就業(yè)配套政策以及完善社會(huì)保障制度。第五個(gè)部分屬于本篇論文的最終結(jié)論與其相應(yīng)的展望,針對(duì)本文進(jìn)行探究的主要內(nèi)容實(shí)施一定的回顧以及重要總結(jié),同時(shí)發(fā)表出本論文所存在缺陷之處。通過(guò)本篇論文的探究有所了解到,經(jīng)過(guò)處理我國(guó)破產(chǎn)公司下崗工作人員的二次就業(yè)社會(huì)問(wèn)題便可以比較良好的解決破產(chǎn)公司關(guān)于其人員的二次就業(yè)難題,能有效促使社會(huì)全面持續(xù)穩(wěn)定協(xié)調(diào)進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:Employment is the fundamental social and economic development in China, the re employment problem is the key stage of social transformation in our country and in the world at present. To solve the employment is the global economic environment, the competition between various enterprises has become particularly intense. Some Chinese companies inevitably failed in the harsh market competition in the environment, and finally had no applicant company bankruptcy. Two full employment should be how to deal with corporate bankruptcy of the laid-off workers in China's social progress on sustainable and stable coordination, to promote the social comprehensive development is the key effect and indispensable connotation. Based on this background, in this research, re employment of laid-off the main research and analysis of the bankrupt enterprise, through the research of this topic for latercorrelation research to provide certain reference and borrow Kam. In this research, the main use of case analysis and summarized research methods of law, focus on the analysis of the problem of re employment of laid-off workers in T city of bankrupt enterprises. The main contents of this paper. The first part is the introduction, this part is a brief overview than this article the actual environmental conditions and the implications of inquiry, inquiry with the content and specific programs, explore the real state of home and abroad. The second part is the related concepts and theories. This part summarized and laid-off and re employment reconstruction are summarized, the theory basis of the re employment of laid-off workers, including the human capital theory and theory of occupation status finally we analyzed the T city of laid-off workers, including unemployment causes and unemployment. The third part mainly analyzes the laid-off workers of bankrupt enterprises in T City The re employment for the analysis, this part briefly to T City bankruptcy case of company A are briefly introduced, and then the analytical basis of personal attributes of all A employees within the company, in the end of A, all of the laid-off workers on their reemployment have all problems are mainly fourth parts is the analysis. Key: the city prompted T bankrupt company for laid-off staff two employment for practical and effective strategies and proposals. Includes the transformation of the old concept of employment, promote the orderly development of re employment training, to solve the problem of re employment of clear responsibilities, improve employment policy and improve the social security system. Conclusion: fifth a part of this thesis and its corresponding prospect in this paper mainly explore some important implementation review and summary, and publish this paper There are defects. Through the research of this paper has learned that after two laid-off staff employment social problems of our country's bankruptcy companies has two times can solve the employment problem of bankrupt companies good on its staff, can effectively promote the overall social sustained stable and coordinated progress.
