全球價值鏈參與對勞動力就業(yè)及其結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:本文利用中國微觀企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)估計了企業(yè)的全球價值鏈參與情況,經(jīng)驗研究企業(yè)參與全球價值鏈對勞動力就業(yè)及其結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:企業(yè)參與全球價值鏈對勞動力就業(yè)具有顯著正向的影響,這種正向影響不受全球價值鏈參與估計方法、控制變量范圍的影響,在考慮了雙向因果關(guān)系引起的內(nèi)生性問題以及使用雙重差分方法后,結(jié)論同樣穩(wěn)健;企業(yè)參與全球價值鏈比出口更能促進勞動力就業(yè);企業(yè)參與全球價值鏈對勞動力就業(yè)的影響呈"倒U型",當(dāng)企業(yè)全球價值鏈參與度為0.62時,其對勞動力就業(yè)影響最大;企業(yè)參與全球價值鏈對不同行業(yè)勞動力就業(yè)的影響存在差異,其對輕工業(yè)企業(yè)勞動力就業(yè)的影響比重工業(yè)更大;企業(yè)參與全球價值鏈對就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)也存在影響,企業(yè)參與全球價值鏈對低技能勞動力和女性勞動力群體的需求更大。本文的研究結(jié)論對中國在參與全球價值鏈進程中穩(wěn)定就業(yè)具有重要的政策含義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the global value chain participation of Chinese enterprises is estimated by using micro-enterprise data. Empirical study on the impact of firms' participation in global value chain on labor force employment and its structure. The results show that firm participation in global value chain has a significant positive impact on labor force employment. This positive effect is independent of the global value chain participation estimation method, and controls the range of variables. After considering the endogenous problem caused by two-way causality and using the double difference method, the conclusion is equally robust. Participation of firms in global value chains promotes labour employment more than exports; The influence of enterprise participation in global value chain on labor force employment is "inverted U". When the participation degree of global value chain is 0.62, it has the greatest impact on labor force employment. The influence of enterprises' participation in global value chain on the employment of labor force in different industries is different, and the influence on the employment of light industrial enterprises is greater than that of heavy industry. The participation of enterprises in global value chains also has an impact on the employment structure. The demand of enterprises to participate in global value chain is greater for low-skilled labor force and female labor force group. The conclusion of this paper has important policy implications for China to stabilize employment in the process of participating in global value chain.
