【摘要】：當前,新一輪的科技革命正在悄然興起,產業(yè)變革相應孕育而生,知識產權作為獨立的生產要素在經濟轉型升級中的作用愈發(fā)顯現。發(fā)達國家先覺先行,采取一系列措施推動產業(yè)升級,力圖率先發(fā)展知識產權密集型產業(yè)搶占未來經濟科技的制高點。與此同時,江蘇經濟增速放緩,已然步入轉型升級的十字路口,挖掘經濟新增長點成為當前關鍵。知識經濟深入發(fā)展的背景下,創(chuàng)新驅動已成為江蘇經濟發(fā)展方式轉變的戰(zhàn)略選擇。作為創(chuàng)新最為活躍的產業(yè)--知識產權密集型產業(yè)被認為是經濟轉型、產業(yè)升級的最優(yōu)選擇。目前,江蘇知識產權密集型產業(yè)剛剛興起,積極推進知識產權密集型產業(yè)驅動經濟增長被認為是抓住發(fā)展先機的必然選擇�；谏鲜霰尘�,研究知識產權密集型產業(yè)驅動江蘇經濟增長的內在聯系,對于建構江蘇優(yōu)勢產業(yè)、實現經濟的可持續(xù)式和跨越式發(fā)展來說具有重大現實意義。本文首先在研究國內外學者相關理論文獻以及有關報告的基礎上,嘗試對知識產權密集型產業(yè)的定義、內涵及特征進行總結,從而掌握其產業(yè)特性,緊接著基于相關理論構建了知識產權密集型產業(yè)驅動經濟增長的機理:創(chuàng)新機理和擴散及溢出機理;其次,對江蘇知識產權密集型產業(yè)的現狀進行分析,從知識產權創(chuàng)造現狀出發(fā),到江蘇省知識產權密集型產業(yè)的提出,到知識產權密集型產業(yè)的認定,再到知識產權密集型產業(yè)的現狀進行依次闡述;再次,以江蘇上市公司中的知識產權密集型產業(yè)為例,對知識產權密集型產業(yè)驅動經濟增長的路徑展開實證分析,先基于驅動機理建構了知識產權密集型產業(yè)驅動江蘇經濟增長的模型,提出合理假設,利用相關分析以及結構方程模型中的路徑分析予以驗證,進而得出了知識產權密集型產業(yè)驅動江蘇經濟增長的路徑和系數;最后,提出推進知識產權密集型產業(yè)驅動江蘇經濟增長的有關建議。研究結果表明,江蘇知識產權創(chuàng)造現狀呈現“大而不強,多而不優(yōu)”的特點,但知識產權密集型產業(yè)卻顯示出巨大價值。從產業(yè)貢獻角度看,知識產權密集型產業(yè)貢獻了江蘇2015年GDP的31.75%,就業(yè)人數的14.44%,出口額的50.1%,但和美歐國家相比仍存在差距;從產業(yè)創(chuàng)新角度看,知識產權密集型產業(yè)在各項指標上都大幅領先于非知識產權密集型產業(yè)。從驅動路徑來看,知識產權密集型產業(yè)可以通過4條路徑驅動江蘇經濟增長,四條均和企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新有關。根據研究結論,針對江蘇“大而不強,多而不優(yōu)”的知識產權創(chuàng)造現狀提出:提高知識產權創(chuàng)造水平,搶占經濟發(fā)展高地的對策;針對實證分析的結果,提出:加快知識產權密集型產業(yè)發(fā)展,引領經濟轉型升級的對策,以期為更好地推進知識產權密集型產業(yè)驅動江蘇經濟增長提供參考。
[Abstract]:At present, a new round of scientific and technological revolution is quietly rising, industrial changes are born, intellectual property rights as an independent factor of production in the economic transformation and upgrading of the role of increasingly apparent. Take a series of measures to promote industrial upgrading, trying to take the lead in the development of intellectual property rights intensive industries to seize the commanding heights of economic science and technology in the future. At the same time, Jiangsu's economic growth rate has slowed down, and has entered the crossroads of transformation and upgrading. Mining new economic growth point has become the key. Under the background of the in-depth development of knowledge economy. Innovation driving has become a strategic choice for the transformation of Jiangsu's economic development mode. As the most active innovation-intellectual property intensive industry is considered to be the best choice for economic transformation and industrial upgrading. Jiangsu's intellectual property rights intensive industries have just risen, and actively promoting intellectual property rights intensive industries to drive economic growth is considered to be an inevitable choice to seize the first opportunity for development. Based on the above background. The study of the intellectual property rights intensive industry driving Jiangsu economic growth internal relations, for the construction of Jiangsu advantage industry. It is of great practical significance to realize the sustainable and leap-forward development of economy. Firstly, this paper is based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars' relevant theoretical literature and related reports. This paper tries to summarize the definition, connotation and characteristics of the intellectual property intensive industry, so as to grasp its industrial characteristics. Then, based on the relevant theories, the paper constructs the mechanism of intellectual property intensive industry driving economic growth: innovation mechanism and diffusion and spillover mechanism; Secondly, this paper analyzes the current situation of the intellectual property intensive industry in Jiangsu Province, starting from the status quo of intellectual property creation, to the proposition of the intellectual property intensive industry in Jiangsu Province, to the identification of the intellectual property intensive industry. Then to the current situation of intellectual property intensive industries in turn to elaborate; Thirdly, taking the IPR intensive industry of listed companies in Jiangsu as an example, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the path of IPR intensive industry driving economic growth. Firstly, based on the driving mechanism, this paper constructs a model of intellectual property intensive industry driving Jiangsu economic growth, and puts forward reasonable assumptions, which are verified by correlation analysis and path analysis in the structural equation model. Then, the path and coefficient of intellectual property intensive industry driving Jiangsu economic growth are obtained. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the economic growth of Jiangsu province driven by intellectual property intensive industries. The research results show that the status quo of intellectual property creation in Jiangsu presents the characteristics of "large but not strong, more but not excellent". From the point of view of industrial contribution, intellectual property intensive industry contributed 31. 75% of GDP in 2015, 14.44% of employment. 50.1% of exports, but compared with the United States and Europe, there is still a gap; From the perspective of industrial innovation, intellectual property intensive industries in all indicators are significantly ahead of non-intellectual property intensive industries. Intellectual property intensive industries can drive Jiangsu's economic growth through four paths, four of which are related to enterprise scientific and technological innovation. According to the conclusion of the research, Jiangsu is "big but not strong." The present situation of more and less excellent intellectual property creation: the countermeasures to improve the level of intellectual property creation and seize the highland of economic development; According to the results of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of accelerating the development of intellectual property intensive industries and leading the economic transformation and upgrading in order to provide a reference for better promoting the intellectual property rights intensive industries to drive the economic growth of Jiangsu.
