南京環(huán)紫金山綠道使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:綠道的建設(shè)能帶動(dòng)綠道沿線經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,改變?nèi)说某鲂蟹绞、行為模式、消費(fèi)理念、城市形態(tài)、城鄉(xiāng)構(gòu)造,實(shí)現(xiàn)低碳和理想宜居的環(huán)境。因而,在我國(guó)展開(kāi)這方面的研究是很有實(shí)際價(jià)值的。筆者通過(guò)對(duì)使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)模式的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),這種評(píng)價(jià)方式在我國(guó)的實(shí)踐不算多,未形成完整的理論體系和評(píng)價(jià)模式。對(duì)于綠道的使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)研究更是寥寥無(wú)幾,因此本文希望通過(guò)使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)理論與綠道相結(jié)合的方式,優(yōu)化我國(guó)的綠道規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)思路。本研究通過(guò)層次分析法(AHP)和模糊評(píng)價(jià)法(FCE)共同構(gòu)建自然風(fēng)景區(qū)綠道的綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,再以南京市建成的首條綠道——環(huán)紫金山綠道為例,利用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和實(shí)地計(jì)量的方式收集原始數(shù)據(jù),并利用構(gòu)建的評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理分析,從使用者的角度進(jìn)行自然、景觀、交通便捷性等多方面的綜合環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)。通過(guò)筆者關(guān)于環(huán)紫金山綠道的調(diào)查研究,得出了以下研究結(jié)果:①作為自然風(fēng)景區(qū)類型的綠道,自然要素、園林景觀要素以及游憩要素在綠道評(píng)價(jià)中相對(duì)重要,人文要素和管理要素相對(duì)次要。針對(duì)于環(huán)紫金山綠道而言,使用者對(duì)自然要素和園林景觀要素這兩方面感到非常滿意;在游憩要素方面做得是不夠的。②從使用人群來(lái)說(shuō),綠道以中老年人為主;在綠道的使用方式上,使用者更多的還是偏向于步行的方式;就綠道使用時(shí)間而言,使用者普遍選擇上午時(shí)間段。周末期間的綠道使用量大,表明大家把綠道作為了假期出游的景點(diǎn)之一,為綠道作為鍛煉、通勤的功能外,附加了另外的功能。最終,針對(duì)環(huán)紫金山綠道的調(diào)查研究,得出了以下結(jié)論:自然風(fēng)景區(qū)類型的綠道,同時(shí)兼?zhèn)溴憻挕⑼ㄇ诤吐糜蔚亩嘀毓δ?從自身特色和使用者需求角度,需要注重綠道沿線園林植物的多樣性和層次感;對(duì)于“綠道”這種人流量大的園林景觀設(shè)計(jì),在設(shè)計(jì)思路上尤其需要講求以人為本的觀念,從為使用者提供便利、安全的角度出發(fā)思考問(wèn)題;“設(shè)計(jì)——管理”同兼顧,在綠道設(shè)計(jì)投入使用后,仍需要重視后期的養(yǎng)護(hù)管理、安全性管理、治安管理等方面的需求。
[Abstract]:The construction of green road can promote economic development along green road, change people's travel mode, behavior pattern, consumption idea, urban form, urban and rural structure, and realize low carbon and ideal livable environment. Therefore, it is of practical value to carry out this research in our country. Through the study of the evaluation mode of the use situation, it is found that this evaluation method is not much in practice in our country, and has not formed a complete theoretical system and evaluation model. There are few studies on the evaluation of the use of green roads, so this paper hopes to optimize the planning and design of green roads in our country through the combination of the theory of the evaluation of the use of the state of use and the green road. In this study, the synthetic evaluation model of green road in natural scenic spot is constructed by (AHP) and (FCE), and the first green road built in Nanjing, ring Zijinshan green road, is taken as an example. The original data were collected by questionnaire survey and field measurement, and the data were processed and analyzed by using the evaluation model. The comprehensive environmental assessment of nature, landscape, traffic convenience and so on was carried out from the user's point of view. Through the author's investigation and research on the Green Road around Zijinshan Mountain, the following results are obtained: 1 Green Road, Natural elements, Landscape elements and Recreation elements are relatively important in the evaluation of Green Road as a type of natural scenic spot. Human factors and management elements are relatively secondary. In view of the green road around Zijinshan Mountain, the users are very satisfied with the natural elements and the landscape elements, and the recreation elements are not enough. 2 from the use of the crowd, the green road is mainly for the middle-aged and the elderly. In the use of green roads, users prefer to walk; in terms of green road use time, users generally choose the morning time. The use of green roads during the weekend is large, indicating that the green roads are regarded as one of the tourist attractions during the holidays, and additional functions are added to the functions of green roads as exercise and commuting. Finally, in view of the investigation and study of the green road around Zijinshan Mountain, the following conclusions are drawn: the green road of natural scenic spot type has multiple functions of exercise, commuting and tourism at the same time; From the point of view of its own characteristics and users' needs, it is necessary to pay attention to the diversity and hierarchy of garden plants along the Green Road. For the landscape design of "Green Road", which has a large flow of people, it is especially necessary to lay stress on the concept of "people-oriented" in the design idea, and to think about the problem from the point of view of providing convenience and safety for the users. "Design-management" is the same consideration. After the green road design is put into use, we still need to pay attention to the requirements of maintenance management, safety management, public security management and so on.
