【摘要】：[目的]以我國(guó)各省市2008~2015年農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率為研究對(duì)象,探究我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率的規(guī)律與特點(diǎn),并基于此提出促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源合理利用的建議。[方法]主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法和數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(DEA)法。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)搜集我國(guó)各省市2008~2015年與農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建DEA模型,對(duì)我國(guó)近年來(lái)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。[結(jié)果]2008~2015年,我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率在0.80上下浮動(dòng)。各省市農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率隨時(shí)間變化趨勢(shì)不同。甘肅和上海的農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率漲幅最大,年增長(zhǎng)率分別為4.39%和2.74%;山西、江西以及陜西省的農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率整體趨于下降;浙江、湖南以及陜西和新疆的農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率有先上升后下降的特點(diǎn),表現(xiàn)出明顯的波動(dòng)。此外,農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率區(qū)域分化明顯。東部地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率一般高于0.80,中部地區(qū)位于0.60~0.80,西部地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率一般低于0.60。[結(jié)論]2008~2015年,我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率表現(xiàn)出一定的時(shí)間差異性和空間差異性。時(shí)間差異性:我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率一直處于較高水平并呈現(xiàn)逐年增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),不同省份的農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率隨時(shí)間變動(dòng)趨勢(shì)各異�？臻g差異性:東部地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率最高,中東部地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率甚至達(dá)到了最優(yōu),中部地區(qū)其次,西部省區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率最低。農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率受當(dāng)?shù)卣摺⒔?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展水平、水資源總量和人口壓力等因素影響嚴(yán)重,今后應(yīng)針對(duì)不同地區(qū)采取不同措施解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to study the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources from 2008 to 2015 in various provinces and cities of China, and to explore the law and characteristics of the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in China. Based on this, some suggestions are put forward to promote the rational utilization of agricultural water resources. [Methods] the methods of literature research, statistical analysis and data envelopment analysis were used to collect the data related to the utilization of agricultural water resources from 2008 to 2015 in various provinces and cities of China. DEA model was constructed to evaluate the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in China in recent years. [Results] from 2008 to 2015. The utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in China fluctuates around 0.80. The trend of agricultural water resources use efficiency varies with time in different provinces and cities. Gansu and Shanghai have the largest increase in agricultural water resources utilization efficiency. The annual growth rates were 4.39% and 2.74 respectively. In Shanxi, Jiangxi and Shaanxi provinces, the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources tends to decrease as a whole; The utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in Zhejiang, Hunan, Shaanxi and Xinjiang has the characteristics of rising first and then decreasing, showing obvious fluctuation. The regional differentiation of agricultural water resources utilization efficiency is obvious. The agricultural water resources utilization efficiency in the eastern region is generally higher than 0.80, and the central region is located at 0.60 ~ 0.80. The utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in western China is generally less than 0.60. [Conclusion] from 2008 to 2015. The utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in China shows a certain difference in time and space. Time difference: the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in China has been in a high level and showing a trend of increasing year by year. The agricultural water resource utilization efficiency of different provinces varies with time. Spatial difference: the eastern region agricultural water resources use efficiency is the highest, the central and eastern region agricultural water resources use efficiency even reaches the best. The utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources is affected by local policies, economic development level, agricultural development level, total amount of water resources and population pressure. In the future, different measures should be taken to solve practical problems in different regions.
