【摘要】：將政治沖擊、制度效率與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新納入統(tǒng)一框架,選取2007-2013年滬深A(yù)股上市公司數(shù)據(jù),考察了主政官員更替所產(chǎn)生的政治沖擊對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的影響,以及制度效率對(duì)該影響的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):主政官員更替所產(chǎn)生的政治沖擊會(huì)顯著促進(jìn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新,有效提升企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新意愿和創(chuàng)新力度,而較高的制度效率(市場(chǎng)化和法制化水平)可以有效強(qiáng)化該促進(jìn)作用;政治沖擊程度越高,促進(jìn)作用就越強(qiáng);國(guó)有產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)會(huì)弱化這種促進(jìn)作用,而民營(yíng)企業(yè)會(huì)通過(guò)加快內(nèi)生增長(zhǎng)、加強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新應(yīng)對(duì)政治沖擊。
[Abstract]:The political shock, institutional efficiency and enterprise innovation are brought into the unified framework, and the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2013 are selected. This paper examines the impact of the political impact on enterprise innovation caused by the change of government officials. As well as the regulatory role of institutional efficiency on this impact. The study found that: the political impact of the change of government officials will significantly promote enterprise innovation, and effectively enhance the innovation will and innovation dynamics of enterprises. The higher institutional efficiency (marketization and legalization level) can effectively strengthen the role of the promotion; The higher the degree of political shock, the stronger the promotion; The nature of state-owned property rights will weaken this promoting effect, while private enterprises will cope with political shock by accelerating endogenous growth and strengthening independent innovation.
